It was £10 Ac and wifi The receptionist kept me up laughing and talking loudly until 11pm, unfortunately the door is wooden sliding so not soundproofing with the gaps you could hear somebodys phone buzz easily and quite a busy road for traffic. Bathroom smelt of sewer No soap to wash your hands...disgusting No toilet tissue and bin to dry after butt spray The red Oyo pillows were dusty and dirty The actual sleeping pillow was full of holes No hot water The lil curtains didnt cover the winow properly so for privacy had to shut the big thick curtains, making it very dark All the cobwebs up in the corners of the ceiling

The location was in the center so it was easy to explore ubud (but only if you have a bike, otherwise it is in the middle of nowhere) The room was dirty, bathroom was also dirty :(

Location was good, Price was good, room size also great, hot water nice bed. rooms are a little rundown, moldy, paint is flaking off.... Last night of stay was ruined by guests who made lots of noise outside the rooms after midnight !

It is proximity to many places. No staff working at night. We check in so late, but no staff to give us the keys.
