Sometimes the room had a smell probably coming from the humidity. Not sure if that could be fixed though in such a humid environment. The pool towels could also be replaced with new ones.

The staff is amazing, they are very friendly, polite and always take an extra step to make you feel very comfortable.

Loved everything in this hotel. Staff is so accommodating, every night they brought a breakfast box for me as I’m fasting in Ramadan. Pool is so beautiful in the common area. Room was everyday clean and neat, amenities are amazing. Would I come to Ubud again, I’d really like to live there for more! Thanks guys! All good

Our stay was great, we extended our stay some more days. We loved the environment and all the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. I went to the spa and Tiara gave me the most amazing massage.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I loved everything about this place. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, always making me feel welcome and cared for. The bedroom and facilities had everything I needed and was looking for: comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast options were amazing, with great variety and quality, and the restaurant was excellent. I also tried the spa, which was fantastic and very relaxing. I am especially grateful to the team because I had a motorbike incident during my stay, and they were incredibly caring, supportive, and attentive, which truly meant a lot to me. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud. I have no complaints.

Amazing food, staff and everything super clean

This is one of the best hotels in general, of all the hotels I stayed in it was definitely the best in Bali, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool, the food, the laundry service. We also had a complimentary breakfast basket in the pool that we enjoyed.

Our room was pretty large, clean and restful. All staff were assisted to us for everything that what we requested and asked. Pool and garden was too cool. I would like to send my special thanks to staff in front office; Dear Risa Dear Era Dear Ina Reservation staff Dear Dayu Mr. Deyu who work in front office and manager Mr Wira. I was gone to hotel two days late due to my health issue. I had buy a booking non refundable. I kindly asked to hotel about cancellation or refund and they rejected me. Off course they had a right like that but most of hotel accepts the kind of this request and I felt dissaponted because of. Don’t forget if you get a non refundable booking and then if you would like to cancel it you can not get refund. Even if you have real and dramatic reasons.

Private and a reasonable amount of miles from Ubud centre. It was very well maintained and looked very nice.

I wanted a place in Ubud so we didn't have to drive so far for activities and this place was good for that. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfy, and rooms were clean. There was nothing fun within walking distance.

Everything was perfect. The staff was wonderful.

Property is very poorly managed, we arrived late than our scheduled arrival time, and over that bathrooms where not clean , linen where not clean and has a very bad smell all around the room, room is compact and privacy is surely a big issue if you book ground floor, inspite of repeated request none of the problem was solved satisfyingly. room smells and lacks seriously lacks hygiene, staff have very little or no scope to go extra mile to keep the guest happy, staff was not ready to give even a extra disposable shower cap and also asked kid to return the note pad, very cheap behaviour and approach and location to the property is very bad

The food is amazing especially the nasi goreng. The food was made with a great professional level of care and just delicious. Clean, helpful staffs, near Ubud. The pool is quite nice. The shower room could use some improvements because I noticed some mould on the corner of the glass, which can be removed easily with mould remover.

Superb

Our stay was absolutely great. Everyone was very welcoming and they attended with our needs and questions. They even prepared packed breakfast since we need to leave very early for our tour. The massage they offered in the hotel was fantastic! Location is a bit far from the center but it is okay since we don't want the noise of cars.
