Wonderful, comfortable, spacious and private villa. Clean and cared for. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant delicious and breakfast options great. The villa I was in had a shared wall (and roof) with the one next door, so, noises from next door did travel across a bit, but not enough to annoy.

The staff is exceptional, they are professional and so good looking!!! Also the chef is great!! Everything we ate there was FANTASTIC! I swam in the hotel pool by myself, it felt like we were the only people there because everyone stays in their room or goes out. We went to downtown Ubud, and it's a darling little town, so fun.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality before. They have set a new standard—so much so that it feels like their approach should be studied and taught in hospitality schools. Everything—from the organization to the staff’s attitude and the overall service quality—reflects a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. If you’re looking for more than just a place to stay, but a truly memorable experience, this is the perfect choice.

My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and it was the highlight and the best thing in our trip. Hospitality is amazing and the entire hotel staff. They provide full day service car to take you on Tours in Ubud. Our Tour Guide his name was Putr Ktut a local from Bali. He was amazing and very polite , helpful and honest. Would definitely recommend him for your Tours in Bali. Nothing really everything was excellent. However, they can improve more on their breakfast and the foods on their menue.

Shuttle to town didn't start til 10 am when it's already hot.

A first-rate boutique hotel with a first-rate staff! Our heartfelt thanks to Tude, Yannik, August, Yoga, Wayan, Mirah, Asri, Warasana, and all the other members of the Purana staff, for making our 2-week stay here a highlight of our 3-month tour of Southeast Asia. The rooms and villas are spotless and well-appointed, the pools and common areas are meticulously maintained, and the on-site restaurant can’t be beat, even in an area with many awesome options. The complimentary shuttle to the center of Ubud was much appreciated. Take a day tour with Yannik, or a Balinese cooking class with Yoga. You will not meet a kinder, more accommodating group of young people anywhere. Highly recommended!

Hospitality Staff friendly nature

The upgraded me to a one bedroom villa, which was excellent. Private pool outdoor dining area outside toilet and shower. Total luxurious the bed comes with the net in case you were afraid of mosquitoes, but I did not get bit here. The stuff were always trying to help you. They always go above and beyond. Only 11k for a scooter with gojek/grab. Not in central Ubudbut it is quiet at night and close to Rice Fields in nature

My wife and I recently stayed at Purana Boutique Resort for a few nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. We booked the one-bedroom villa with a private pool, and it was incredibly tranquil and private, the perfect blend of luxury and serenity. After spending time exploring, it felt amazing to return to our own peaceful oasis. The on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious. We found ourselves eating most of our meals there because the food was so consistently good. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Another major highlight was the complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud center. It allowed us to fully experience Ubud while staying somewhere peaceful and slightly removed from the busy center, which ended up being the perfect balance. We also appreciated that there were additional experiences available right through the resort, like cooking classes, spa treatments, and curated local tours. We didn’t have time to try everything, but it was great knowing those options were easily accessible if we wanted to add more to our stay. What truly made this place special, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Each time we returned to the resort, we were greeted warmly with smiles and kindness. What stood out most was how the team wore many hats. The same friendly faces who helped us at the front desk would also serve our meals or drive us into town. It made the experience feel personal and authentic, and we loved building real connections with them throughout our stay. Yannik was an incredible guide during our half-day tour. He took us to see the rice paddies, a beautiful waterfall, led us through a meaningful water purification journey, brought us to stunning temples, and arranged a visit to a coffee plantation. His insight, knowledge, and generous hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable and deeply special. N/A

The villa was excellent and the private pool was beautiful. Upon first entering the villa, it felt, sounded and even smelled like a spa! Having breakfast delivered to the room was also a great plus.

Outdoor seating area has a ceiling fan, makes you more comfortable in the heat and pit the mosquitoes away. The bathroom is quite new with nice water pressure, two sinks where you don’t need to wait, and the bathtub is so nice. Pool is a little small and probably the design room on the second floor, but that makes the villa bigger space so wouldn’t complain
