Bhuwana Ubud Hotel and Farm

Reception is very bad, specially a guy in night duty. He doesn't have manners to talk to customers specially with female. He refused to provide the alternate option till we called his manager.

Garden type of property. Very green and comfortable look. Too many steps to reach the rooms…even on the ground floor. The front desk staff were NOT friendly at all…

All staff are amazing One of my reserved rooms had a smell of moisture

Ambiance Towels are not good

Had one day breakfast. While there aren’t any Indian items and no specific vegetarian items, staff does make customisation and provide. More options for the vegetarian cuisine.

Nice rooms, great pool, friendly staff, shuttle service to central Ubuc Not really a "didn't like", but traffic along the road to central Ubud can be very busy and it can take a while to get back to the hotel (if you walk or taxi).

I like the people and the kindness of always wanting to help you and to make things better for you. I didn't like the fact that people took my helmet or the communication part of it

We stayed at 4 different hotels in different region across Bali. This is the best out of 4, a hidden gem 1) Totally peaceful despite being in the centre of Ubud 2) Room is clean and very spacious 3) Furniture is a bit outdated but still comfortable 4) Enjoyed the pool also 1) Breakfast is a big let down. The portion is very small and needs to share the sides !!!!

Only that they did not provided yoga lessons in the hotel at the time that we were there (good to update this on the website)

The rooms were lovely and the pool area was very nice. They offer a shuttle service to Ubud central which is very handy although I didn't actually use it because the timings did not fit in with my plans. Staff werr very friendly and helpful.. Bathrooms were a little old and maybe need a little upgrade

There was some lizard ? but they are harmless and like to stick on the up wall mostly in the pool and restaurant area,,, another thing i was waiting for buffet breakfast but it was set menu but it was nice

Just perfect! Wished I stayed longer to experience all the Hotel had to offer. Staff was friendly amd accommodating. Great place!

To be honest I have stayed here many times before and this time I was a little disappointed. I like the hotel, I like the rooms, I like the staff at the restaurant and other helpers around the property. This time, the breakfast options no longer included the smoothie bowls. I am grateful that they are eating fresh and eating local, and that meant the fruits chosen for the bowls weren't available, I just wonder if it's not possible to replace that with some other healthy options. Because these were removed, the only option was continental style breakfasts. Secondly, one of my party got sick and we had to call in a doctor and go to the hospital. We couldn't travel and this meant I extended my stay to the end of our time in Bali (I had a duplicate paid non used booking elsewhere), we pretty much were stuck in the room. I asked for a late check out at 4pm, but despite the circumstances this was only possible by paying 50% of the daily rate. I was disappointed, I am a regular, the staff know us, I just thought that human kind was better than that. Am I expecting too much, I dont know, it just didn't feel right. The staff generally are really lovely, they know us, are friendly and helped. It was the policy of management in a difficult situations to a regular customer that just sort of didn't give me a great feeling about what sits underneath the running of the hotel.
