at least can sleep through 1 nite - lucky toilet worked fine and had hair dryer available and wifi room is old, not maintain - wall cracks, paints on wall off, - No Towel when checked in and tootbrush - they did not set up (Forgot) - tooth brush is out of stock so have to go out and buy. Shower area - room floor - windows - just not clean at all. so feeling worry for one nite since you can see is not so clean. curtain sheer just 1 section while the door has bigger section - not full covered. Shower pressure water very small, drainage not working well. TV style old style very small. for the price we paid we could got other hotel that have much better quality of room and cleanliness. Too bad while the location is good.

At this this location is just out of the madness of the business of Ubud central. There is a convenience store nearby and a small temple but the road way is narrow and not the easiest to navigate. Room was fair but some human hair in the sink and shower, toilet would barely flush and you need to wait an eternity for it to refill before trying again. Questionable electrical cables under bed and into walls, I had two archs with spark when I plugged my adapter in - so I left it. Plunge pool Ok but the ranch slider doors would not open or close properly - had to force one open and leave it open for my stay. I left after 1 night as I decided Ubud was not my thing; over tourism and rubbish everywhere. Traffic madness and noise.

Suite was good and spacious Staff was not good in terms of providing amenities that were already in package, also the private pool is not good

Excellent staff. On my request they arranged anniversary special candle light dinner for us. Menu is very limited, they should think of adding some more vegetarian items. Mineral water is too costly, it would be great if they can keep Cans of pure drinking water on every floor.

Our Villa was very beautiful. Private pool was very cosy. We took a couple spa as well. Masseuses were very good. Our spa was so relaxing. Our private tours to Nusa Penida and East Bali were valued for money. Our guide Putu was very cordial and helpful. Whole hotel staff was very nice to us. It didn’t feel like it was our first time in Bali. We had a great experience at Athaya Ubud. nothing as such. My wife is a vegetarian so she had less options in food menu. They can probably introduce couple of options for vegetarians as well

Staff were very friendly and helpful There was urine in the toilet when we arrived to our room. The staff were smoking in the kitchen and there was ants everywhere in the room.

The receptionist was lovely. Was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The private pool was one of the main reasons I booked but it had bugs in it and was run down, I did not swim in it. The couch was dirty, the room was damp and the bathroom was not pleasant. It was also hard to locate staff for assistance at the reception.

The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. But I didn't like the rooms and location os bit secluded. Not much breakfast options are available. I rate 10/10 for super friendly staff. Cleanliness and food

The location is on point there is nearby Gym cafes Mart the rooms are ok but the staff are too helpful. Rooms are quite old

From the employee who welcomed me The very friendly driver I booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night. The room is old, the shutter didn't work, the sofa was very dirty, the private pool doesn't get any sun and was very dirty, I didn't even go in. When I saw the hotel kitchen I didn't stay any longer because I knew I couldn't eat there, it was very dirty! The a la carte breakfast is awful and with the kitchen in that state, there's no way I'm going to eat there.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating! I went as a solo traveller to Bali for my birthday and in my birthday they organised a cake for me and decorated my bed. So lovely of them! The breakfast was good too each morning There were ants everywhere. However, we’re in Indonesia in the jungle section so can’t be too picky however they were on the restaurant tables and I often found a few ants in the bed however this was not due to uncleanliness from the hotel, just nature as I said
