The spacious villa on two levels. The view of the rice paddies was beautiful..The pools were inviting and there was good access to a range of restuarants and the yoga centre Lumeria. The gaps in the downstairs bathroom, upper side were fixed with plastic. The bath didn't invite usage as the porous stone was a bit stained...

Location, views of rice fields, the animals, such as: a duck who visited, the nearby cows, the resident baby geckos, the small finches who frolicked near the pool. The quiet away from the main road, so that I can read and swim. The staff are friendly, and always greet me with a smile. The rather inconsistent and odd hours that the ‘well-meaning’ housekeeping staff visited. I would like to be able to set a time after 10.30 am each morning.

The rice field surrounding and breakfast are great. We arrived in Bali at the hotel past midnight. The room we had was filthy with grease from door handle, cupboard, and counter. The bathroom had mould all over the floor and wall. The air was filled with cigarette smoke. The bedsheet was old and damp. Noone was available to help us change the room at the late hours. There were only two porters who could not speak English. It was shocking to be welcomed to a hotel room like this. So unforgiving!

The garden to the building was very nice. You could have enjoyed the rice fields and luxuriant vegetation. It was a silent place. However, the room was awful; it had a lot of mold and was dirty, in an old building. The staff was nice; I asked for another room because I had a mold allergy, and they gave me another one, unfortunately with the same problems. I couldn't rest because of the mold.and also the bed sheet was dirty. I think the price was higher for the conditions. There was a pool, breakfast, but for what if you can’t sleep..

Absolutely stunning scenery of rice fields I loved it all

It was very quiet and peaceful, we had the villa with a private pool, the pool was beautiful and cold. The room and bathroom was spacious and was equipped with kitchen facilities. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and made delicious cocktails. It was relatively close to restaurants and a mini mart over the road. It was a little run down, the pool could have done with a good scrubs. The outdoor lounge room was very hot and could have used a fan to make that space more enjoyable. Lots of mozzies and other bugs so bring insect repellent.

Location WIFI never worked, sink in bathroom faulty. Brought up issues to staff and nothing was done

We booked a private villa with a pool for 3 nights. The hotel is a complex of villas and 2 floor buildings, located in a very picteresque area, close to lots of tourist locations: Monkey forest, Elephant Cave temple, etc. The villa is a one level building with a nice view on rice terraces and jungles. Ideal place for those, looking for autonomous relax. The buggy took us every time from reception to the villa gates. The villa itself is equipped with everything needed, has a nice pool for swimming and a stony bath. The staff was very friendly and provided us with antimosquito e-device. Our rate included breakfast, a good one at the open air. Really enjoyed our stay. Be prepared to mosquitos and other wildlife at night, noise coming from the rice terrace. For those who are fans of countryside living, it’s really charming.

The location was superb. Near to all the major tourist attraction in Ubud. In room there was no television working, Even one of the door which connects to other room was not locked, and it wasn't shutdown even after contacting room service. While, my stay at hotel, my wife was constantly scared because next door room wasn't locked.

Nothing. Had terrible experience with the hotel and staffs DO NOT STAY HERE! They are big time SCAMMERS. Trust me, If there was an option to give 0 star I would do that. 1. We booked one bedroom villa with rice field view. Upon check in immediately we realised the AC was not working 2. The bathroom was dirty and the connection for the cold water was broken. The bedsheets had stains and all furnitures were worn out. Poorly maintained 3. We complained and we were apparently “upgraded” to a villa with private pool and oh my god what a nightmare it was!!! The ac was still not working and to top it the room was still dirty/poorly maintained and it had geckos, rats and so many mosquitos that we could not sleep the entire night. Our 1 year old baby had mosquito bites all over her body even when we were awake the entire night just killing mosquitos. We could also hear geckos and big rats making noises it was extremely disgusting and scary. The tv did not work and the pool was dirty. 4. We complained again and they had no solution. We asked for a refund but they refused. They don’t understand customer service at all. We had no other option but to again move and this time to a downgrade deluxe room. If I start listing all the problems it will be a never ending list but the room was as expected poorly maintained, no hair dryer in bathroom, bathroom had moulds and seepage smell, bedsheet stains, etc. 5. They said we can take complimentary spa and food to bridge the gap between deluxe room and what we booked (even though it is not comparable at all since we had a bad experience and stay at a bad room) but we agreed since everything else was bad until now. We availed the spa a day before checkout (which was bad by the way) but upon checkout they asked us to pay food bill amd denied their complimentary commitment. They said it was optional amd since we chose spa we do not get food. Such liars!! 6.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Beautiful scenery The room is extremely dirty. The floor was dirty and there were dead and alive bugs lying around. The bed had holes and stains. The bathroom was mouldy. The guy that checked us in spoke 2 words in English. He showed us some other rooms after raising these concerns, those were even worse smelling like mould, urine or both. It was so dirty I didn’t dare to take my shoes of or lie on the bed or touch anything actually. Booking.com told us we could cancel and leave and they would try their best negotiating with the accommodation to wave the cancellation fee. General manger Rita is very unfriendly and even a little aggressive. Not only did she not want to waive the fee, she didn’t want to see the room. After showing her pictures she told us she considers this clean. She told us she was not into a lot of talking we just had to pay. By the way booking.com did 0 best in negotiating waiving our fee, they just said oh Rita says you have to pay so pay. Rita said we had to pay because we stayed 1 night. We didn’t. We checked in at night, after 1 minute we were ready to leave but the guy did not understand English and told us to speak to someone else in the morning.

The grounds are beautiful but could be given a facelift The mold in the bathroom. Not healthy to breathe that in.
