From the moment we reached the property it was an amazing experience. The front office team was friendly and helpful. The stay in the villas was extremely comfortable. The restaurant was good. The staff were very polite. It was one of the best resort stays we have had. Will surely want to revisit

Breakfast- was limited choich, hot water stopped working twice (fixed immidietly by staff), accessability while raining was difficult.

Staffs are really nice and helpful and always smiling. Rooms and everything are clean, no dirt was spotted. We liked their restaurant very much, they can make quite decent coffees, I had a piccolo for every breakfast. The view was nice and food was delicious. Only one thing made our stay not quite perfect was that the pillows in the twin beds room weren’t comfortable, the small ones were too soft and the big ones were too high.

The hotel is wonderful. A good old Bali. Clean, green, and quiet. But still close to the Ubud center. The restaurant is perfect as well. We will return there for sure.

Beautiful in the jungle but comfortable and luxury accommodation! Lots of bugs, ants outside by pool but you will have that anywhere you stay in Ubud.

Bugs can cone inside the room, our bathroom shower was not working well there was no hot water we had to call for them to fix it every time and still the water pressure was weak and the water can suddenly become cold mid shower

We loved staying at Surya Kember Villas. The style is classic Balinese with the wood structures, thick vegetation, meandering stone walkways, and rustic, clean swimming pools dotted throughout. The property offers a range of accommodation, including rooms, small villas, and three-bedroom self-catered villas. They have a great restaurant in the centre. I know many people write great restaurants, but I have to point out that they have an extensive menu with something for everyone and every meal was top notch. The service was incredible. Hats off to the chef, cooks, waiters, bellmen, front desk and everyone else who make Surya Kember a great place to stay. Thank you, thank you. I shall return.

Gorgeous property nestled into the jungle landscape , huge beautiful room , private vanishing edge pool , helpful friendly, attentive staff , excellent food and service . I can’t say enough about this Villa . Amazing ! I would 100 percent recommend staying here . We were sad to leave . If you have knee, back or hip issues hard to maneuver stairs and uneven ground

Beautiful rooms, close to a day club where you get free access. 15 minute drive to center of Ubud on a good day 1 hour on a bad day. They have a free car that can take you into town and pick you up. Leaves 3 times a day. Breakfast included in the room was a nice touch. Staff were lovely. Gojeks do go to this place. Beds were huge and made up each day. Beds were firm so if you like a bed that is firmer that's good if you are looking for super soft you will find it hard. Shower did go cold on us a few times and no hot water came back, but as it's 30 degrees, not the end of the world, just wasn't a consistent temperature.
