Nothing There’s bugs all over, don’t stay in the luxury villa number 10 there was bugs in my bed pillows I stayed one night and immediately checked out the next day I was not given a refund for my stay as well. Don’t make the mistake and book this place. The pictures look good on bookings only in reality in ghetto. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE AT ALL if you love insects and bugs all over you do it! I got rash and allergies from this place

The standout aspect of this hotel was definitely the staff and the quality of service—they were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to assist. The breakfast and dinner were very good, and the restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience overall. We booked a villa with a private pool and a view, which sounded perfect on paper. However, we were disappointed to find that the actual area of the villa was much smaller than described. The total space was hardly 60 sqm, far from the 140 sqm mentioned in the listing. While the staff kindly offered us a larger villa as a solution, it didn’t have the view we had originally booked and looked forward to, so we chose to stay in the original one. Additionally, the private pool could use better cleaning and maintenance—particularly the pool pillow, which didn’t appear fresh or well-kept.

This is an AMAZING property, about 20 minutes outside of Ubud and 2-2.5 hours away from the airport (which is NOT a bad thing). This place is extremely luxurious, each villa is isolated from the others, and the staff are beyond impressive!!! Literally there was nothing to dislike!

I love the great customer service and hospitality the team gave. Down to the breakfast in bed, Airport pick and drop services along with transportation in inner city. The Nau Villa team also made sure the property was clean and safely maintained. Nothing everything was great

Beautiful villa amongst the rice paddies! The staff is amazing and arranged everything we asked for with a smile! They also have a sister company called TiS Cafe which overlooks Tegallalang rice terrace, we didn't have a booking but they got us the best table in the cafe because we stayed at the Villa! Would 10/10 recommend. The Villa is in a bit of a remote area, it's 40 min ride to Ubud so you really come here for your peace and quiet.

The hotel was amazing. Private pool area, villa and rice terrace field view was awesome. The stuff were very kind and helpful. The best part of our holiday was Nau Villa. Thanks for everything! Bugs…but we got used to it. If you want to stay in Ubud you should get used to bugs, frogs and geckos :) if you have a phobia you should consider this issue.

Clean and perfectly private villa. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly stuff. The opportunity of free entrance to TIS coffee Rice terrace is a big advantage. Don’t miss it. On rainy nights not enough table for dinner on the main terrace.

Awesome and friendly and attentive staff members ( thank you all :)) . Big room with big pool and great view , comfortable and clean rooms. Ac takes time to cool , but eventually cools the place .
