Puri Gangga Resort Ubud

Beautiful rooms with amazing facilities.. Very good breakfast and loved the massage was really good as well. The hotel took care of everything, including a mosquito repellent in the rooms. The Pool was great too! Very green hotel, spa and beautiful rooms!!

The restaurant may have good food, but the service was slow and indifferent. At dinner, had to ask for napkins and the tablecloths were dirty

I love the area, its great to be off the beaten track and able to just get out and go for a walk and not be surrounded by tourists. The breakfast was great, not a buffet but plenty of choices and comes with juices and tea/coffee choices and a pastry and spreads basket that makes it feel like a buffet. This was the 3rd time I have stayed at Puri Gangga as we love the secluded nature of the resort and the friendly staff and facilities. I stayed by myself this time and found that some of the facilities feel a little run down, specifically around the pool where the recliners, poolside tables, towel stand and sun umbrellas were all a bit dirty, moss-covered and/or broken. The pool towels were also heavily stained. In previous we have spent lots of time by the pool, ordering drinks and snacks but this time I chose to just use the small private pool connected to my suite.

i loved everything about this place… the location is awesome, I couldn’t believe that I could see the holy water spring temple from the pool. Food was outstanding as was my massage. I appreciate all the care and attention everyone puts in to maintaining the property and ensuring the guests are happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for an epic stay. Nothing

The property was in an extravagant location, a walking distance from the Gunung Kawi temple and a short car ride away from the Tegalagang rice terrace. The staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming, greeting us with smiles wherever we went. The breakfast A La Carte menu provided us with a variety of dishes, and the pool breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Alongside that, the masseuse performed an excellent massage, ensuring I was relaxed afterwards. Our room was surrounded by lush greenery, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking views of the rain and the sun. The staff and the atmosphere combined made our stay at Puri Gangga a truly memorable one. One thing which was noticeable was the insects entering the room even whilst the door was closed. This could be due to the small gaps in between the wall and the door. The hotel staff could provide us with insect spray for the room so the insects don’t get in.

Very kind staff. Nice floating breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Great resort Old mosquito net at the bed. Small lizard entering the room. Water not draining properly, staying in the bath tube too much after you finish showering.

The resort is super nice and very friendly staff. They have everything on request, we got sick and they arranged for doctor as well which was very helpful. I loved the stay it is very close to nature and the villa is great Location may be is a bit secluded

The room was better than the pictures and the resort is beautiful. Very clean and staff always happy to help! The staff were phenomenal and the food was well done. Would highly recommend the massage. The beds were on the harder side but definitely worth it for the rest of the experience. There was lots of stairs and hills for someone with a broken leg but that’s my fault and not the resort. They were very accommodating!!

We stayed in a private pool villa, which was lovely. The main pool and garden are also beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. I appreciated the kindness of the people and the fact that all the food is beautifully plated. However, the breakfast is not continental. Unfortunately, the cleaning wasn’t up to my standards. The bed sheets and towels were washed, but they were worn and had stains that couldn’t be removed, even after multiple washes. You do not have any other restaurants where to eat near, only their restaurant with few choices. Take into consideration that you are staying into jungle. It rained last night, and the villa ended up being filled with loudly geckos.

A gem of a boutique resort (20 rooms) 30 - 40 mins North of the busyness of Ubud… beautiful property, grounds, pool, location & even more beautiful staff. (Special mention to Ardi, who was exceptional at running the front of house of Kailasha restaurant. Great breakfast, we ate many meals there (& participated in a cooking class with one of the chefs ?) & they were all very good. Bonus points for complimentary afternoon tea, foot massage, fruit & shuttle bus to & from Ubud. Visit the beautiful temple nearby by foot & also walk the other way to the still traditional village of Sebatu. ❤️ Nothing to not like

Loved staying at Puri Gangga, the views from the pool are incredible and it truly feels like a luxurious oasis! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from start to finish, and it felt so relaxing staying here as part of our honeymoon. Having a complimentary foot massage and free yoga class made it extra special! Nothing!

We loved the nature and the place itself. It has its own charm. We also liked the care of the staff and we enjoyed especially our driver Jo who showed us beautiful places. Thank you so much.

We met a stray cat while we stay there. The cat was so friendly and loving. It visit us for 2 nights while we stay at the resort. If anyone see that cat please take care of it and give it some foods !!! The hotel staff was so understandable and allow us to have the cat stay around our villa. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They offer us new room to have better view if the room is available. Floating breakfast and romantic are available upon request but additional There’s a big temple nearby and scooter rental. It’s just 3 mins walk from the hotel. The photo for pool villa is not accurate with the photo on booking.com. The resort randomly assign you a pool villa and each pool villa layout is different but same amenity.

Friendly staff, especially Ardi in dining room. lovely pool, lovely food. Massage prices too high for Bali!!
