The view on rice terrace was amazing from our room, which was also very clean and stylish. Breakfast was also great, but would be nice to have it a bit earlier. Very peaceful place. Would stay again.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect. The property is elegant and refined, with an incredible attention to detail, from the architecture to the interiors, everything is designed with taste and harmony. Every corner feels curated to create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. The views and the SPA are simply stunning, adding an extra touch of magic to the experience and making every moment unforgettable. What truly sets this place apart is Sebastiano, the owner. A special person, he offered us support 24/7 and was there even during a health emergency, showing genuine care and kindness. This is much more than just a resort, it is a sanctuary of beauty, peace, and heartfelt hospitality. Absolutely outstanding. NOTHING!!! everything is AMAZING? i didn’t like that i couldn’t stay any longer ahahah

Everything was amazing: the room, the views, the facilities, the restaurant. But what truly made our stay special is the hospitality of Sebastiano and his team (Gede, Katur, Mona, the therapists). I recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for serene holidays in Bali away from the crowds.

The hotel is located on a ricefield terrace and the view is amazing. Staff were very polite and helpful. We are so happy we chose suarapura resort. The food and breakfast was good. The view of our room was amazing. The shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower need a little update but overall everything was clean Everything was nice no negative point

We had an unforgettable stay at Suarapura Resort and Spa during our trip to Bali. Nestled in the heart of the forest, this cozy resort offers a peaceful escape with an incredible infinity pool overlooking lush forests and beautiful rice fields—an absolutely stunning view! The food was exceptional, and the customer service was top-notch. The owners, who live on the property, are incredibly warm and always around to ensure that everything is perfect for their guests. Their personal touch made our experience even more special. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking for relaxation and natural beauty!

The accommodation has stunning views, the room has an elegant design inspired by Japanese minimalism. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was really good. I appreciated that we could choose between local food and italian dishes. Have in mind that the accommodation is quite isolated and options are limited but it’s perfect if you want a quiet and peaceful immersive experience in the nature.

WORST STAY IN BALI I have been to Bali over 5 times and stayed in more than 20 hotels, and I have never had such a bad and agitated experience. The hotel is understaffed, maintenance is poor, the food is medium, and hospitality from the owner is horrible. We booked two rooms as I was also traveling with my mother and arrived around 7 pm coming from a long drive. Upon arrival, there was only one person at the reception, and he did not seem to know that we were coming. We had to wait around 30 minutes for him to double-check the rooms without any welcome drink or anything. Once he guided us to our room, we finally got to relax. The rooms are simple, but the only thing is that it is not maintained properly with some marks on the wall, minor scratches in the furniture, etc. Coffee and tea offering is also very basic. The restaurant closed at 9 pm, so we delivered food to the hotel. Once the food arrived, we requested the reception if they could kindly bring the food to our room. The owner of the hotel replied since there was no staff working at that time which is very unusual for a 4 star hotel and told us that he would not bring the food and that we had to go to pick it up and on top of that he requested us to move the car and park it in another spot at 9:30 pm when the staff at the reception told us that it was parked good initially. This lack of hospitality already created a bad vibe for us. We have never been treated like that in any hotel in Bali where hospitality is always excellent. In the morning, we woke up and went to breakfast. It was very medium, even had one hair in the marmalade, and the menu does not have a lot of variety. We found a very young friendly dog in the hotel. In Bali there are a lot of street dogs and it is very usual that they go around. The dog followed us for a little bit to the hotel room. As we were reaching the room, we saw the owner with a stick.

Great hospitality and service - a neat self-contained oasis with onsite restaurant and spa. The hairdryer needs an upgrade. At 400w, it takes forever to dry the hair.
