The property was really peaceful and away from the busy areas of Ubud which I really love. Food was awesome and more-so the staff and their service partnered with amazing accommodation! Will definitely come back! What i did not like is that some parts of the common pool area were unclean. And the reception should have been more aggressive with their other promotions like tours, spa, because they really have good services!

It is a beautiful resort, especially the views from your private pool. It is exceptional! Enjoyed every moment. We booked a balinese massage and the massage was one of the highlights. Staff is very nice and friendly. They were always there to help. We enjoyed their resort breakfast, and you even get the chance to do breakfast in pool vibes. The most memorable moment were the views from the villa!

Positive: Breakfast was good and adequate — they even offered in-room delivery if you’re too tired to climb all the stairs. The jungle view from the room was stunning, and the location itself was so tranquil and peaceful. All the staff were very kind and attentive, and the room as well as the surrounding area were always clean. Bugs and geckos are normal here, but that’s expected when you’re surrounded by nature. Needs Improvement: It would be better if they replaced plastic water bottles with refillable glass ones. A soap tray would be helpful — I was worried that placing soap directly on the wooden table might damage it. For rooms with a private pool, providing pool towels should be standard. I stayed in room 906 — the bathroom could use more shade for added privacy.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. The view from the room was beautiful and definitely a highlight. Overall, a nice stay with great staff and lovely views, but with room for improvement in facilities and services. We did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi and air conditioning, as they didn’t always work properly. The food at the hotel was okay, but not outstanding, and the massage service could be improved.

The location its nice I don't know how this property is listed as a 4 star hotel. First of all the room was dirty (spider web in the corners and many more). Breakfast: I definitely don't recommend it (I felt really bad after eating it, and trust me, we had 1 month of probiotics prior to this vacation and we really took care of the hygiene.

Felt more close to the nature. Amazing property with private pool. The staffs were amazing and welcoming including Okta and the entire team who gifted me a bag during my departure as it was my birthday. It was really tiring walking 70steps up to the main gate from our villa though we got used to it later and I think that’s part of where we stayed so no complaints.

Nothing really - nothing to deter me from staying here again. There are a bit of stairs on the property but I didn't mind. I thought some of the food portions were small but it didn't matter because it was enough for me. Everything was great!

It was a good honey moon getaway and the resort was worth it. it accommodated alot ones needs. I booked the room with the pool and forest view, although every room has a view, not all rooms has a person pool out your patio. It was perfect. n/a

Very Calm and beautiful greenery area, Amazingly Polite Staff, There’s Many breakfast choices, also they have a restaurant for launch or dinner. They surprised as with complimentary flowers in the bathtub for our honeymoon and they also gifted my wife a beautiful souvenir bag during our checkout. The public pool was very beautiful and Calm you can feel the peace of mind with an amazing greeny tropical view. Theres also A Scooter rental nearby.

Everything was fantastic specially the restaurant you can not go wrong with any order Nice staff so friendly took us to the nearby waterfall and provided scooters for free ?? Little bit far from the city but totally worth it ??

This property was beautiful. we had the villa with the private pool. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. the views from the patio were great. The location for us was wonderful, it was in the countryside but a pretty quick car ride to many of the local attractions. The staff was very and incredibly helpful.
