The stuff was great, polite and really helpful. The room was wonderful, exceptionally clean. The pool had an amazing view. No vegan options.

The whole stay was amazing. Breakfast was the highligh, more like a brunch restaurant then hotel breakfast. Its all a la carte, no buffet. The pool view and locations is a close second. Its on a busy streat near the ubud palace so you can walk easily to the center and there are many restaurants around. But the pool and restaurant terace faces the other way, into a jugle and feels so private. We also did the free yoga sunset class that was very nice. The staff was amazing, so nice and welcoming. The laundry took longer than it was suposed to. The pool suits in the lowel level didnt have any view, just a jungle “fence”

We have just left this lovely hotel and we enjoyed every moment in our weeks stay there. The staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our stay so memorable. we would definitely recommend staying here! Excellent breakfasts too! Goya is a quiet retreat after the busy streets of Ubud just a few moments away.

The location Furniture is old, and the room was filled with insects and we had 3 geckos waking up in the middle of the night!

The location near downtown Ubud, but no noise. The terrace and pool area is extremely nice and peaceful. The staff was very attentive and overall service was top notch. Our Deluxe room was nice, but since the rooms are underground (pool and other common areas are at the top), you don't have any view, but rather a wall in front of your balcony. If you ever go at this hotel, make sur to ask for a room on the 3rd floor.

Peaceful place. Quite. Near downtown to Ubud. Infiniti pool with jungle views. Great service. Amazing ala cart breakfast. Cabanas for afternoon tea 10 min free massage was just waist of time. Late response on booking.com. Not warm greeting on arrival day

I spent 8 wonderful days at Goya Boutique Resort and truly enjoyed every moment. The breakfast is excellent — delicious and fresh every day. The location is perfect for tours: very convenient to go in different directions. The resort is so peaceful, surrounded by jungle — you hear only birds and nature, no noise at all. The view is beautiful, and the pool is lovely. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Julia for the absolutely wonderful massage — one of the best I’ve had! I had a really pleasant and relaxing vacation here. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable! Highly recommend ❤️ Ganna Chorniy

My overall experience at Goya Boutique Resort was disappointing. While the staff were friendly and the service was generally good, I have several important concerns about my stay: 1. The hotel is extremely quiet and seems more suitable for older guests. I would not recommend it for young couples or people looking for a lively atmosphere. 2. There is no gym or fitness facility in the hotel. 3. There is no kids’ room or childcare area. 4. The dinner restaurant was very disappointing. The prices are quite high, but the food quality was not good. 5. The cleanliness was not satisfactory, and I informed the hotel manager about this issue. 6. My child was bitten by insects while sleeping in the bedroom. It seems that insects can enter the room, although I am not sure how. Honestly, I would not recommend staying at this hotel again. I paid around $300 per night, and unfortunately the stay was not worth the cost.

The tv did not have any channel’s available. The hotel offered to use their Netflix account during our stay. Nice feature, but would have liked to see American channels.

Beautiful views of the lush forest and infinite pool from the restaurant/breakfast area. Staff are very helpful and friendly in the most genuine way. Senja Bar & Resto’s food was delicious especially the Bebek crispy duck and Rendung Padang. You have to try it! Since it’s located in the middle of a forest ants and gecko’s are your friends.
