Maybe they have to check the wifi pn the third floor as the wifi connection sometimes gets lost especially at night. Aside from that, everything was excellent

The bed and bath tub for this price was superb. The location also very strategic The facility was on renovation, the carpet near the bed dirty, the aircon a bit noisy, the floor need to be repaired/ update.

Location close to Water Bomb Booking.com for the second time made a mistake with extra beds and at the hotel I was asked to pay an extra 50% of the room rate which I refused to do

Super close to the airport and central to Kuta shopping and restaurant area. Not too far from the beach either. Really a perfect location. The property is pretty original too. Breakfast is good. The property condition is a bit outdated. A good refresh is needed.

Nothing. The room is smelly. The housekeeping doesn’t clean. And the worst part is there is a school next door and the teacher is speaking on loud speaker telling kids to do class work. Every 15 minutes from 6:30 am she starts shouting at the top of her voice on a loud speaker. You can’t sleep here. Everything is bad. The school next door with a bloody teacher shouting on top of her voice at 6:30 am all day. In evening they try to use the parking in front to put food stalls and there is no place to park.

Hole in the plasterboard, mould on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Then in the morning they claimed that we had damaged the room!

Staff was there to rip you off, charged us $20 for spots on the bed sheet and said they had to laundry it to get the spot removed. They provided room service when we were not there, so we didnt know about the spots. Tried doing it again with a bill over $100 but when asked us to show the bed sheets they were givings stupid reasons like it went for dry cleaning, etc... even after 5 days sheets were not there and this time no pictures provided. So they returned us the money. Please don't fall for there breakfast deal. It's a scam with the worst ever breads provided and stupid so called fruit juice, full of water and sugar. Meal sizes are very very small and tasteless. Please have breakfast out side of hotel which is very very cheap and well prepared. Restaurant staff was very very rude and no words to explain. When asked for a masseur a girl from reception sent us couple who charged us over $300 for 3 people. They have there set commission and ripped us off. Rooms were very stinky, mould all over the hotel, water leakages inside the room and at so many places in hotel corridors. Half of the time Lift/elevator didn't work. Overall hotel is in filthy state and not even worth, FILTHY is the word. Stay away even you getting a good deal. Don't spoil your holidays. Looks like all the reviews are paid for. Will update with more pictures soon.

Good selection at breakfast,western/Indonesian it was enjoyable,relaxed vibe at hotel,staff quiet and polite,evening coffee on the street front. Stayed in 356 unfortunately a concrete wall was the view.felt a bit chilly at midnight wanted to turn ac down but didn’t happen then was unable to turn it off so the wife and I had to cuddle closer ?.
