Great location, love the pool with in pool bar. Beautiful gardens, wonderful staff, delicious food and wide choice of Indonesian, Western and local food. Superb place for a family holiday. A perfect place to stay - so no comment on this question.

Again, a great stay in this lovely hotel, staff are always very helpful and around to help me meet my needs, a great location and easy access to beach and kuta shops. Will definitely rate this hotel for anybody to stay. N / A

This hotel is a resort with 24 hour dining options. It is on the ocean, but there is no beach. The pool is beautiful and wrapped around like a lagoon. There is live music in multiple locations every night, even if there's no guests listening to it. This is a great hotel for a couple, especially at the budget price point at the hotel has and it's next to a mall, but I would call it like a B mall like a secondary mall. If you have kids and you really wanna be focused on the kids or you really wanna be able to see a beach and go on the beach and go in the ocean then I would skip this hotel

The whole resort was beautiful and matched the pictures on booking.com. All the staff were lovely and our room was clean and had great views. Limited fruit options for breakfast but other than that it was wonderful.

The breakfast was wonderful. It had a fantastic time slot of 6-10:30 so we didn’t have to rush down for breakfast. It was also a great spread of food so we were never bored with the same food. It could get a bit humid in the room, so maybe having a little dehumidifier might help just circulate some of that hot air.

Everything! The staff are wonderful and so kind. The facility is gorgeous! All of the food and drinks have been delicious. The pool is amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything I could possibly need, and anything I asked for they would bring right away. I went to the spa and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Everything is so reasonably priced, I almost couldn’t believe it. I loved every minute, and will definitely be back! The beach in front is under construction, but that’s not their fault.

We missed a Day there because of a canceled flight. The Staff was so nice and gave us a Beautiful room. We were there less than 24 hours. However, it was very nice, the poolside food was very good and the Breakfast was excellent. There was no Beach. But that was Mother Nature's Fault

Location was great Staff were very helpful and friendly Pool bar service was slow Prices with 21% tax a bit high Rooms very dated, would benefit from an upgrade in coming years. Night BBQ events very poor attendance, would recommend changing to a more simple BBQ with quality meats and seafoods on offer.

Other higher deluxe rooms have showers and there are lifts to compensate. Shower in bath in garden access rooms

The hotel has escalators and elevators since it’s hard for me to climb stairs. My room was easy access to the pool enjoying water aerobics I looked forward. Looked forward waking up early to delicious veggie omelette and their variety of food from different countries. Refills of variety of fresh fruits and juices, yogurts and blended fresh fruits. I love the boardwalk by the hotel and beach front, enjoyed walking Hotel has nightly musical entertainments. Am so busy enjoying my stay in the pool and walking miles on boardwalk and beach and close to eateries and shopping. It was so good about my stay that I don’t have anything bad about the property.

Pool staff bit abrupt and argumentative if you wanted an extra pool towel. Apart from that all good. Easy check in and out
