Not really, maybe cleaner could have been a little more observant, with soap, cups and saucers, glasses. There was three in the room and only two of everything

The staff are wonderful friendly and attentive, Gusti every morning would greet and set up towels for us. Pool lovely, great walking distance with toddler to restaurants and waterbomb Room a little dated, some noise being on second level but more attributable to lack of common courtesy by other guests

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room above our room, dragging their chairs so we can hear it and keep waking up.

Near discovery mall So bad, I had to move out early, no refund offered. Pool has black slime algae from not cleaning. Room smells like mould, shower is mouldy and dark. Bedding smells like greasy past users. Staff will bother you asking for sponsorship etc.

Excellent location. Our flight came in after midnight and it was only a short taxi ride to get there. Lovely aesthetic, not too big or crowded, very peaceful. Only a few minutes’ walk to Waterbom waterpark, which was a great family activity. Great buffet breakfast. I asked the hotel to help organise a taxi for us and they just pointed us to a man standing there. The night prior, the staff had said they would call a bluebird taxi for us but this didn’t happen. We went with him since the hotel seemed to recommend him, but I’m pretty sure he overcharged us. Staff the night before seemed helpful, staff the next day were a bit dismissive. Pillows on the bed are very thick and solid. My husband likes a softer pillow so he ended up using a towel.

location is very strategic, large room, good pool, large balcony, nice shower, good temperature and pressure. They said the hotel was full but I dont feel like many people around We've requested 1 DBL bed and 1 TWN bed at the point of reservation and we got a confirmation message immediately. But on check-in, it turns out we got 2 TWN, the front office guy was nice but kept saying that confirmation is based on availability, I asked for an upgrade but he said there was no room left. I don't want to escalate and accept the double-up/Holywood twin solution from him. The AC on the other hand was a problem, on the first night it was not cold and the team follow up right away, not very cool but it was ok. The second night, however, was catastrophic, there was major leaking from the AC. The engineering guy was nice and sort the problem out. Its ok but you wouldn't expect this kind of things during your holiday. I know its not luxury hotel but, it would be nice if GM or Duty Manager would meet us and apologize for the situation.
