Lack of maintenance. Many of pool tiles got loose could hurt your feet and the room door feels dirty. Need to be repainted

The staff were very polite, humble, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel location was also very convenient, with many Indian restaurants nearby, which made it easy for us to find food we liked. The hotel was shown as a 3-star property, but in my opinion it did not meet the expected standard. The facilities felt old, cleanliness could be improved, and even the bed blanket was torn. Overall, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

The sheets were maintained daily and the room also cleaned daily by the staff. The location is near the beach and other places of interest. The building is already old and shows signs of obsolescence. It is not properly maintained. The paints are smudgy already, the carpets discolored and worn out, and the lobby looks dim. The breakfast was terrible. There were only a handful of choices. They only put the minimal food in the tray. For example, they would put around 7 pieces of fried chicken, 15 slices of potato, 3 croissants, etc in a serving dish. Though they replenish them when consumed. However, it is not very appetizing to see slices of potatoes scattered on a serving dish (like 2 inches apart), or taking one croissant from a group of 3 pieces.

So Close to the Discovery Mall and Airport. Was flyng to Java the next day so wante something close to the airport. Close to Resaurants, the beach and everything in Kuta. Nothing

Location to Waterbom park . Excellent price for a room as we didn’t need to stay the night we just wanted somewhere to leave our luggage and have a hot shower before flying back home

The Fave brand is not new to me but staying at Katika Plaza was, and I was delighted to stay here, It's located near the airport and probably the best Fave Hotel I have stayed in thus far. The rooms are clean, a good size with a comfortable bed and soft sheets and good quality pillows. Aircon was icy cold too. Staff are well trained and friendly and well presented - Meals at the hotel are also well priced and their Signature Dish is well worth a try!

Place is fine if it’s just a place to shower and rest your head before travelling on. You won’t sleep though because very noisy till 3am. Very basic accom with not much around. Very very noisy till 3am made it hard to sleep. Sheets did not smell fresh

Only had the breakfast once as it was a bit warm and we couldn't find where the bacon, hash browns etc were I didn't like that when you were in your room you could hear all the noises in the corridor. A big too noisy when you are sleeping.

Fave Hotel in Kuta, Bali, offers a strategic location surrounded by shops and eateries, though the area can be quite congested. The rooms are reasonably priced, but issues like noticeable odors, dirty carpets, and smelly pillows detract from the overall comfort.

CS put the high attention on the customer request and delivered the request as well. Air conditioner and water supply including hot water in bathroom did the function as well. Only internet still need improvement and the parking space limited only 10 cars space in the hotel basement.
