This trip to Bali was very short and we have chosen to stay close to the airport rather than at a beach resort. Green Garden is a cozy hotel in a very busy section of Kuta, exceptionally clean and with amazingly helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and there are a few breakfast choices to accommodate different tastes. We also had a dinner there once which was cooked very well. We had a few activities booked and didn’t spend much time at the hotel otherwise. Everything was great

I WAS ON THE TOP FLOOR AND IT SOUNDED LIKE THE RAIN WAS DRIPPING INTO MY ROOM WHICH IT WASN'T. BUT MAYBE THE GUTTERING WAS DRIP DRIP DRIPPING LOUDLY.

No Wi-Fi or tv working for 24 hours the length of my stay .. Staff didn’t seem to care about this issue either . No offer of a simple free breakfast just blank stare. Will no go back . Location ok

You can request pretty much anything (extra towels, cutlery for use in your room, etc.) and the staff will try to accommodate to the best of their ability! I asked for scissors for a crafting project once and they happily provided one! They had to discontinue the airport taxi pick-up service during covid and it's never been back since. I know that there's probably very good financial reasons behind it, but I really wish they could bring it back in the future.
