Food delivered to your room at decent prices. Large bathroom. The front desk was very nice and patient with me as a foreigner. Blood stains on the bed. Noise from the trains. Damage to the hotel room. I didn't expect much from a love hotel but I expected at least clean mattresses.

Terrible experience! A total waste of money!!! Will never return! And, there should be some sort of support for non-Japanese customers! Staff was rude. The bed way too hard and everything looked old.

Not much. The area was close to everything. It was a love hotel, but I didn't mind that vibe.

Staff is great and private the key thing is obnoxious but whatever it's a love hotel. The other varkin has wayyyy better amenities like laundry and sauna this is not great but closer to the station It's fine just low on amenities like the other one has. View is cool if you get a high room and good sound proofing so that's good good bathing area. You lay more booking online than on site

Nice and clean huge bathroom with Jacuzzi. Great location a lot of restaurants right next to you seven minutes to train station.

The bidet needed to be cleaned badly, so I didn’t want to use it. The bed and pillows also were not very warm. Sometimes the lights acted up. Like one time at 2 in the morning, all the lights turned on for no reason. Towards the end of our stay, the lights didn’t turn on unless the front door was open. Very strange.

Excellent service by staff location is about 2/3 minutes away from a JR Train station which is very convenient, short train ride from main spots like Shibuya or Shinjuku, excellent staff and chill atmosphere, good amenities and also happens to be close to a don Quijote and a parco mall which is all super convenient, overall very satisfied would come back again

It's very close to the train stations and some really cool bars! Enjoyed the bathroom and jacuzzi tub. It is RIGHT next to the train and our room had a weird industrial porch. It is a smoking room so you can still kind of feel the film of cigarettes' but that was too be expected.

Love the fun room decor, incredible bathroom with large jetted tub and 1/2 room sized shower, king beds and proximity to all subway lines. Convenient to shopping and dining as well. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are available by the hour in that area though most guests seemed to be standard travelers. My TV didn’t have international service though my daughter’s did, so be sure to ask. Her room was slightly more expensive, too, so just enjoyed the break from TV. Remember that easy access to trains means you are really close to trains and you do hear them quite a bit, though didn’t keep me awake.Biggest challenge was very small vanity/sink area with terrible lighting for doing makeup. ?

The staff was very friendly, also the location was very good. The bathroom had Mold in it, also our non Smoking room smelled like a Chain-Smokers Flat which was awful.. also the „sound proofing“ only helped with hearing neighboring rooms - atleast within the room. But we’ve slept so bad since the trains running by were so loud that it was nauseating

Hotel is located near subway station. Room was clean enough with some dust. Bathroom is spacious with bath tub and jacuzzi and lighting.
