No uncovered tattoos allowed in the onsen, which makes it impossible for me to go, but I stay there anyway.

Staff

Staff were extremely helpful, the premises were wonderfully clean and well managed. Breakfasts were excellent. Location was very good: easy access to train and easy walking distance to excellent shopping. Even though the area can be bright and loud, the hotel was close enough to be able to access the boisterous aspects if desired, but far enough away that it didn’t create unwanted disturbances. The room was a bit smaller than desired and although there was a window, assume it was not a good view since the glass was very opaque. The bathroom was not kind to tall people (I am 6 feet tall). When leaning forward to get off the toilet, my head would routinely hit the wall. When standing up, the top of the bathroom mirror was about level with my mouth. Had to really bend down to shave. But overall I was very satisfied and would definitely consider staying there again although I would request a street facing room.

Breakfast and Amenities

My 3rd time staying. It's modern, welcoming, clean, and located in a great area.

The location is very lively. Many options for restaurants, less than 10 minutes to the very well connected Ikebukuro Subway Station. Wonderful staff. Good breakfast. The room we had was small, even by Japanese standards. Not a criticism, but note that there are hotels nearby with similar names using super and premium (but not both).

The hot spring bath is awesome, and all staff are so helpful and nice. The bed is too hard and cannot change, makes my back pain and hurt.

Nice hotel to stay at in Ikebukuro! Close to the train station so easy to get around Tokyo. Room was small but practical. Maybe it was a normal room size for Tokyo though. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Free spa creams etc to grab. A free welcome bar in the evening and we got to try some other types of snacks and drinks we’ve never had. Great way to wind down the day before we headed to the onsen. Sometimes the onsen was very busy.

Everyone is friendly and accommodates your needs. Location is convenient to trains and restaurants. The happy hour is very welcoming to try different liquors and drinks complimentary. Their breakfast is fresh and tasty. Onsen is well maintained and I used it every evening. I stayed here 2 years ago and had no hesitation and returned back again. Room is on the smaller side which is common in Tokyo

Onsen, breakfast, staff hospitality, room size were all great Room was a bit dusty when first checked in

I recommend it without hesitation to anyone.

Onsen The name “premier” was very deceiving. It wasn’t what you expect from the word and price. Rooms were very small with scarce amenities in the name of “eco friendly” at the cost of customers comfort. There are several super hotels nearby and this is very confusing for customers.

The onsen was very nice to use after long days of walking around Tokyo. The pillow in my room had like beads or something and was difficult to get used to. It was quite uncomfortable on the first night.

Close to the station. I love the hot springs in the building Nothing particularly

The onsen was something I looked forward towards end of each day to destress after exploring Tokyo and areas. Room was clean and decent. N/A

I love super hotel. The room looks small but actually really comfy. The shower head and hair dryer is the best thing! You can listen your music via TV that sounds not too bad. Also the hot bath was really good to try. (The baths are separated for men and women) The location was a bit confusing… I did not eat breakfast because the pric

Rigid room cleaning times (between 10-3pm) you have to be out of the room if you want cleaning. Also, too short breakfast time (only until 9:00 am) made our holiday experience feel a bit rushed.
