The location, staff, and amenities. The rooms were a tad cramped, but that was not unexpected

Great location. Near the station with the Yamanote line so the whole of Tokyo was accessible. Bed was super comfy, staff were lovely and Smart TV. Yes it’s small but it’s Tokyo so still great. A bit of mould on the ceiling.

Poor breakfast. Would be nice to have smoking room.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. For example I once had left my key inside the room. I then told the staff and they were able to give me another key and just return the old one. The process was very fast and east

Relatively to other options APA is very economical. The staff are well trained but sometimes unreasonable due to the training. For example you must use a ball point pen to fill out the laundry list. The laundry list prices were highly inconsistent and if it is outside of scope it is your responsibility. I was here for 30 days. I wish the rooms were better cleaned and had built in humidifiers (I did rent one). The staff often ride the same elevator where you are stuck standing next to garbage. The food option was extremely limited both at the hotel and in the area if you want to try and eat healthy non deep fried noodles. Finally the dryer option via coins simply did not work well.

Good value and decent location Rooms a bit small

I like the location and the shops close by for my convince. The hotel is easy to get around and the people that I met are friendly and nice to talk.to. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful with directions if known. I liked my room, I was comfortable in the little room. I have gotten used to the little bathroom but the bed would shake and hit the headboard so when I rolled over on my side the bed would hit the headboard, through the night it gets annoying.

I like the control panel on the head board where I could control lights and charge my phone. The television mounted on the wall was in the perfect position. The length of the desk (very long), and the wheels on the desk chair were things I very much appreciated. Location to Ikebukuro Station and "We Road" was very beneficial. Having the bed raised up so my luggage could be stored beneath it was great! Oh yes. . . the complimentary morning newspapers were much appreciated as I am studying Japanese and have been using it as study material. And your staff was great! They helped with a smile and even helped hold our luggage until we were ready to go to the airport. I can't think of anything I didn't like about your hotel.

Very good location, and the room was great, and the food was great too. And the staff was very nice, and the cooks were nice too. I’m great full I got to stay there, and I might stay there again in the future.

Nice room with light switch attached to the bed frame. Reasonably-sized unit bath. Excellent price/value ratio. Would return in the future. Since the bed has 4 legs and storage area under it, the bed frame itself is not as sturdy as it can be. There is only a single elevator which can be crowded during busy times. The hotel is situated nearby a bustling nightlife area.

the toilet seat wasn't cleaned well..when i lift the seat there is urine stain and the glass has finger marks so i washed it before using. the room is smaller than we expected.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is comfy and very clean. For the price you can't beat it!
