Good (if cramped) showers, comfortable sleep capsules. An okay amount of locker space, which isn't always a guarantee in capsule hotels. The price was reasonable. Separate washers and dryers. Quick access to Shin-Okubo station. Walking distance to Shinjuku, if you care about that. The way the individual floors are setup means a decent amount of noise, even through the night as people come and go and rummage through their lockers and are in the restrooms. I much prefer capsule hotels where the sleep capsules are in their own discreet area. Seating in the common area was very limited, about 8 or so seats, though I'll note that outside of prime time hours in the evening I never had trouble getting a spot to sit.

The pods themselves were clean and comfortable, spaces well maintained with efficient instructions and amenities. Very limited, cramped common spaces seemed to make guests irritated, unfriendly, and not considerate of others.

    Everything

I like that the location was really close to Shin-Odubo station. I also liked that there are laundry facilities available on the top floor. Also, daily towels available and a dedicated locker made this location very desirable to me. Each pod/capsule is supposed to have an air conditioning control, but the air barely flows in the pod, and it does get very stuffy and warm inside the pod. Also, only one outlet in the capsule.

The stay was what i expected and l liked it. There is some minor things that could be done to make it a better experience. The carpet looks very dirty and the shower light has a sensor detector with a timer, and the door is not see through so i gets very dark inside if you dont open the shower door every 2 minutes while showering. But overall i really like this hotel

Location is a few minutes walk from the train station, modern building. The check in and facilities were flawless. There is space at the head of your bed for a small bag. Bedding was good quality, the duvet is probably more suited to colder weather. Staff are fantastic. The bathroom area is spotless. Other guests, although quite can make noises opening suitcases whilst you are sleeping. I suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

It is located in Shin Okubo - Tokyo’s Korea town. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. It’s dirty. The people who stay there are mainly youngsters who came to party in Kabukicho, so you might get an idea about the atmosphere. The showers were terrible — the water runs for 10 seconds only, and then you need to press the button again and again. There were no skincare products and the shampoo and conditioner were of bad quality. There is no cold tap water, so nowhere to refill your bottle. The ladder to the upper capsules was really uncomfortable and dangerous.

helpful staff and comfortable capsule little bit messy, but everyone was respectful of each other

Nice Area Gaps between capsules. Can hear so much. Lights outside the capsule is not dimmed so it’s so bright.

    Clean Pricing

There were too many people in a closed space. They should change the decor — it feels suffocating in the room. The bathroom is in the middle with beds around it. The staff are not friendly, and there are too many rules. It’s not a suitable place for solo travelers.

great location noisy guests (rules are not being enforced well)

Great capsule hotel in a good location near Shin Okubo Station (JR Yamanote Line). There are 2 buildings for this place and I was placed in the newer one and it was very clean and easy to use. The length of the capsule (and bed itself) was just enough so that I could fit as a tall guy (193cm = 6ft. 4in.), which was nice compared to some other capsule hotels I have stayed at where I had to bend my legs a bit to fit. Men and women were separate by floor. Overall a great value for the money. Unforutnately some travelers talked while in the large communal room, even as late as 11 p.m., which was a bit annoying. But overall it was quiet during the main sleeping hours (midnight to 7 a.m. or so). Other than that not anything negative to say.

It’s very quiet and clean Abo the staff

Pillows were very hard and the beds were stiffer than expected. This might not be an issue in the regular rooms (I was in the VIP room), but the walls were very thin and I could hear the shower very clearly whenever someone was using it through the shared wall...including the person in the other VIP room who decided to shower at 3am. There is also no elevator and the stairs are a little steep. The front desk makes it clear that they are more than happy to help with your luggage during check in and out, however.

Well organized with everything you need. Amazing staff super friendly. Convenient. Wish for bigger lockers but that’s fine overall.

    Great amenities

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

The bed was soft and comfy. The staff were nice and efficient. The bathrooms were clean. It was decent location and good value The lockers are too small so the floor space was crowded with bags. I wouldn’t stay more than one night personally
