Very minor but bathroom is separated by a curtain rather than a door.

Location is very convenient. A grocery store called ricos is nearby. It's also close to Korea town Laundry will have to be done off site.

Very simple and basic but the room was perfect for us, traveling light with only a backpack.

Good location with 7/11 close by and fees train station options Internet connection has poor reception at the room. During night time, there was a lot of noise from people coming into the hotel.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean tho definitely older. The layout of the room was excellent and made it feel bigger than it was. The shower was the standout. Water pressure was amazing and so very very hot. Location was also ideal. Quiet side street but just steps away from all kinds of eateries and at least three convenience stores and a donki We mostly used one jr Yamamoto station and it was a bit of a walk.

It was a short walk from a train station so you didn’t have to drag bags very far. Didn’t know Kabukicho was the “Red Light” district which is close by. Would have liked fresh towels. Otherwise, it was comfortable, clean, and affordable.

Locations is close to Shinjuku station area and therefore convenient for our visit to Tokyo. 7 Eleven is around the corner. Shinjuku has a great choice of restaurants in all price categories. Good, minimal accommodation at a good value to stay in this area. Although the Hotel and Annex are located in a very narrow street, road or people noise was minimal during the night. Good beds. Very clean. Hotel needs repairs here and there, small plastic '80 style bathroom. Small rooms, low doorways (mind your head). No elevator. Very bright lights in room.

It was nice and cheap. It seemed very old fashioned.. I was surprised there was no bidet.

The shower was great. The sitting area had a microwave, and nothing else. No plates or cutlery.

Amazing location! Room was pretty dated and carpet pretty dirty, but everything else was clean and the beds were super comfy. Check in and out was easy.
