The bath was great! The staff where super friendly and helpful. The location was really close to a lot of fun night life but also in a quieter part of the street. It was a wonderful stay. Thing wrong. This place was great

Staff was really accommodating. We booked same day for a one night stay. Room was relaxing with the green theme. Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. Very nit picky because I had a great stay, but the walls and floor are weakly constructed. You can hear your neighbors and worry that you are making too much noise for those below you. But the overall room and location was great!

Need elevator for customer convenience Elevator

the receptionist understood english, and they let me keep my luggage with them before check-in and after check-out so that i could go and spend my time outside

They could improve on the customer service, especially on welcoming customers. Also if there are sample amenity options like shampoos, face soaps, etc. so guest can choose which one they want to choose. Also if they have something like a pamphlet of recommended restaurants or places to go near the property, I believe it will help guests.

Location. Close to station. Staff nice. . Quiet. Bed was a little hard, but I like hard beds so it did not bother me.

Almost everuthing was good, clean, nice staff, great location :) Only thing I did’t like was leaving the key at the reception. It did’t feel safe enough with staff changing all the time and not checking who’s actually entering inside. I prefer to take care of my key and in case of it being lost just cover the replacement.

Location was great, within 15mins walk from Shinjuku train station, there was another train station near the hotel "shin-okubo" we ended up using this one, hotel is a 30sec walk from the main street so there was no noise. The main street had countless dining options with Don Quijote store nearby along with many other stores. Great place to stay if you are looking for a good vibe and after 11pm it sort of slows down and gets quiet. Highly recommended for couples and solo travelers but maybe not suitable for family with children depends on their respective perception. The hotel did not have lifts so if you are carrying luggage and get a room on the 1st floor, it can be quiet challenging.

Excellent location ! Great room, spacious with all the amenities you might need, a mini fridge too. Theres a microwave in the hall to used too. Ni cleaning during your stay but jf you need it you just need to ask in the front desk. Super friendly staff. Location 10/10 in the middle of everything. You have shop, you have supermarkets, restaurants you have a donki and kombinies around. You have everything you need. The station and the yamanote line are super close so mover around tokyo was the easiest. Sadly, the walls are really thin, so you can hear a lot of the noises from the room above and next to you, especially when they open and close the doors. Nothing that can be fixed, but there should be maybe a sign inside the rooms to warn the guest about their noises, or to be careful about closing doors and about not using shoes inside the room even though the slippers were sign it self of it. The beds was a bit hard but help me getting ready for the tatami at my next accommodation ?

Great place and cozy. It’s so close to the subway. Staff friendly None. It was just right.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great location and a great room size. 10/10 would recommend

Great location - very central, close to subway, shops, restaurants and bars and and places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and spoke English. There wasn’t a lift so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility problems. We found the room a little stuffy on the first night but turns out we weren’t using the A/c properly so make sure you check with staff about how to use the controls! Would definitely stay there again when visiting Tokyo.

Great Location close to Train Station, with Larger sized Rooms and beautiful staff. The staff was always very helpful. No big deal, but a laundry would be good, but it was a 3 minute walk around the corner
