Centrally located and short walk to trains, open bar, free snacks, massage chairs, free bike option. Small breakfast options. Price paid was double than posted sign at property.

Amenities, staff. If you need a taxi, they can only pick you up by the main Street. They can’t come to the hotel door because the street is too narrow. If you don’t need a taxi, the location is great!
-
Super comfortable, great free perks & amenities, friendly and helpful staff and very convenient location.

The only good thing was the location, very central and close to metro. 1st the booking says they have breakfast and its a scam, basically they have frozen croissants you can heat and every day they placed taco bread with a few bowls of things that you can't eat. For 7 days we had to eat out or get our own food. They scam you by saying its open 24/7 u can drink watery soda and vending machine soup as much as you like, it wasn't a breakfast deal at all. The beds were not confortable only made of a thin topper which moved left and right when we slept. For 7 days we only got 1 FREE cleaning if u wanted more cleaning you had to pay. No one speaks english at the reception not even the manager, they refused to give us an invoice had me call booking all for booking to say its their responsibility. And to top it off the street had a few rats wondering around. So all in all bad experience they lure you with the free goods and masks but not worth it.

Great location, super close to the rail lines and good food and nightlife near by. The exceptional toiletry selection and fun breakfast and drink area were also great additions that we were not expecting. Definitely small space and lower ceilings for my 6’4” husband. A bit more expensive but that may be based on the season.

Everything ! It was fresh, clean and comfortable in a great location to the station and shopping, restaurants. Free tea, coffee, soups, soft drinks and mixers in the lobby area and a light breakfast option. Loads of free personal items and amazing massage chairs . Nothing

Lots of freebies with excellent customer service

Fantastisch staff, made me feel so welcome! Rooms are small but for a single person, excellent! Next to the metro stop, close to busy area but calm around the hotel. (And loads of free goodies + coffee/tea)

Having not read the dimensions as I probably should have, the pictures didn't really show how small the room was. It was very, very tight. What was there was wonderful, it was just a very, very small room is all.
-
It’s beautiful, accommodating, has wonderful facilities and staff Rooms are small (to be expected in Tokyo) and it’s a love hotel (which I didn’t realise)

Everything about the stay was amazing. A great start to our first time and introduction to Japan. Location was easy and very convenient close to shops food and shin-okubo station. Hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. Many amenities available. Very kind staff. As our first time in Japan we didn’t expect the room to be as small as it was. However, it had all the necessities you’ll need and it was definitely enough space for the two of us.

We walked by two prostitutes in the alley entrance on our walk to the hotel from the train station.

The location was great, very close to Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The lobby equipped with boardgames and massage chairs was a great place to come back to and relax after a full day of exploring Tokyo. Bathroom was great. The room was small so opening two suitcases was challenging but it was not a massive deal for us and I understand this to be standard in Tokyo. Otherwise the place was great!

My sister and I stayed here and while its definetly aimed at couples, we had an amazing time. The free drinks and breakfast were great and we loved the massage chairs in the lobby. Great location and pretty hotel!! Found a toenail in our bathtub that did not belong to us

The hotel room was comfortable and there were absolutely loads of extras provided including toiletries and phone chargers, and in the reception area free soft and alcoholic drinks, soup, rental pillows and more. The welcome was warm and the surroundings felt very spa-like. The room was quiet too. The location was nicely near to Shinjuku without being right in the middle of it and it was very close to the Shin Okubo station on the Yamanote Line helping you get around quickly. There were a few features that seemed strange as an international traveller, including giving your key card to reception along with a clean/don't clean ticket every time you left the hotel - this made it feel a little less secure as your key wasn't on you as you went around. It is true that the hotel is used as a love hotel - this didn't impact us as holidayers as it was quiet as mentioned but is worth knowing. The room wasn't spotless when we arrived but absolutely did the job.

Rooms were pretty small.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! When Shane misplaced his phone, the staff didn’t just shrug and move on. They actually reviewed their cameras, pinpointed exactly when he last had it, and even printed out a screenshot to help us find it. Talk about going the extra mile! On top of that, the hotel pampered us with tons of complimentary goodies: massage chairs, face masks, late-night snacks, beverages (yep, including some nice drinks), and a bunch of little toiletries. They even had foot baths, saunas, slippers, robes—basically all the cozy stuff you could ask for. In short: we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. They genuinely care about their guests, and it made our trip so much better. Five stars all the way! Literally nothing. We accidentally booked a smoking room but it’s very well ventilated and could barely tell it was there. They also offer you a nice pine spray to “cover up” the smell. Nice touch!
