The hotel room was very beautiful but very dusty, I was sneezing the entire time and I could see the particulates in the air.

Always love staying at this facility. It provides the right amount of peace needed to survive.

Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock. I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room for us next door at the Westin ( a sister company) which they would pay for. I was skeptical but we went to the Westin and they honored the request and gave us a somewhat comparable room to what we had originally booked at no charge. Having a paid reservation canceled without notice prior to check in is and always will be unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. However, they did come through with nominal interruptions to our plans and my credit card has been credited the full amount. Suggest you call ahead to confirm reservations before traveling to this place.

Excellent staff, amenities, location, and value! We booked to attend Rod Stewart's "One Last Time" concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The pavilion is within walking distance as are several great restaurants and shops. That particular weekend, the hotel was hosting an Iron Man Triathlon and High School Prom. All were handled exquisitely. Never a dull moment at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott!

Very very short one night stay…not much interaction there at hotel… but rooms lobby and grounds were clean neat manicured.

Great place to stay before a concert at Cynthia Woods.

There were nice water glasses in the bathroom but for over $500 per night for a room I would like to have a real coffee mug/cup instead of a disposable cup.

The pool and spa were wonderful — the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the weekend. The staff made our stay even more special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and I have to give a big shoutout to Willie for surprising us with birthday champagne and a cheese and meat tray. That thoughtful touch truly made our celebration memorable. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for birthdays, staycations, or any getaway where you want comfort, great service, and a peaceful atmosphere.

It was very clean and staff was nice as always There was a winter storm and they didn’t service the rooms for 2 days. Only provided clean towels, only when asked for

The morning of check out I tried using the text system to request valet, then when that didn’t work tried calling. After spending 10 minutes with no success we went down and the valet attendant told me that they turn off the text/ phone request system when they are busy because it’s too much for them. This was super frustrating being that I paid $39 a night to not have to wait for my car. Overall it was ok, not great.

Only downside was our room was next to a supply closet so employees were constantly in and out of the closet early in the morning and the noise was slightly annoying. Everything else was amazing! I would just request an room away from a supply closet next time.

My shower curtain had a weird stain that looked like blood and my friend’s room’s toilet didn’t function properly. There was a youth republican convention there while we were staying there so it was a little crowded and seemed a little politically charged for a family weekend getaway. Took a while to get bags/valet etc bc of this also

Location is absolutely stellar! So much entertainment and dining in the area. Beautiful surrounding area, totally walkable. We came down for a concert and the pavilion was a very short walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the pavilion.

I pay for the higher rates for the Marriott Waterway bc of those services. Not having a person on duty was poor service.Very disappointed.

Excellent surroundings and elegance beyond compare. Ballrooms are gorgeous and staff was very professional. Food was 5-stars and views are breathtaking!

Our 1st room smelled so bad of MOLD it was not tolerable,we had to be moved. This room had a water view. Our second room was not much better the only reason we stayed was or son had a event at the hotel. Our new view was of rooftop construction. Something must be checked about why the sell is so bad of mold.

It’s not convenient to stay at the resort anymore, especially if hospitality is an issue for the money we spent to stay with you absolutely horrible experience. I doubt we will come back againand you can thank Rubin. Oh and well I did buy her flowers

Stanley greeted us and was very helpful in directions for a concert venue and getting all of our stuff to our rooms. He is a great employee. Everyone there was helpful and they were very organized with a large crowd staying there.

We spend one night at the Marriott after watching a show at the nearby theater. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The staff was so gracious at check in. They showed us all the amenities, and let us know the bar would have pizza's after the concert.

The room was spacious with a balcony. However, there was no hot water in my room. Hard to overlook that at this price point.

We just stayed one night. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect. I enjoyed using the weights in the gym. Front desk people are superb. They were professional and made us feel very welcome to the property. My only complaint was the barista at the bar near the front desk on morning of May 10th..she was not friendly or helpful.

The hotel staff was very helpful with check in. We were provided other options for parking aside from paid on site garage and valet, which I really appreciated. There are bicycles to rent on site. It is quite obvious that the hotel is very popular with the amount of people in the lobby, and bar area. Overall was a wonderful experience.

Best place to stay for location! You are within walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for concerts, the Woodlands Mall for shopping, a movie theatre, and the Woodlands waterway for dining and nightlife. My double bed room had an actual solid door to the bathroom where my friends had a sliding mirrored door. Very comfortable beds!

Many family members and friends stayed there, fun time had by all.

Overall, it was great. Has last minute availability but the room has a filthy air filter sitting in the corner and it was warm. The bar & restaurant was great as was the service.

Most of the restaurant was closed and the only place served was by the bar where it was very very noisy. I wish they would reopen the restaurant with a full menu rather than the reduced menu in the restaurant which was only okay.

We've stayed at this location many times. It never disappoints. The rooms are clean and quiet. The best place to stay if you're going to a concert next door. The skywalk is perfect!

We stayed here for a concert at the Cynthia Wood’s Pavilion. We were able to check in early and walk around the area a bit. We found a nice place for lunch right around the corner with a nice view of the waterway. We walked back to the hotel after the concert. The walkway by the waterway was very nice, well lit and felt very safe. Our room was larger than I expected with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room and hotel was very clean. We will absolutely stay here again for any future events we may attend.

Stayed for one night to go see Korn at the pavilion. The hotel was conviently located next to the pavilion and other places to eat at before the concert. We loved the fact that we could walk to so many things!
