The hotel staff was great and the property was clean and well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and clean. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the rooms are very dimly light which make the room look tired.

There is construction going on at this location. We have stayed at the other Residence Inn on market Street but never this location. There were dead water bugs in room 111.The smoke detector went off when the iron was plugged in and we were moved to a higher floor for the second night only for the water to be turned off at the hotel and we had to go next door to shower before checking out. The staff was nice and told us that we would be reimbursed for 1 night. But because we paid with 2 cards we have not been reimbursed for 1 night. I have contacted the hotel and spoken to the assistant who checked us in but she claims that the manager is the only person that can authorize the transaction so I have contacted them at least 4 times and made numerous calls at times they said I should be able to speak to the manager with no success. This has been the most terrible experience in a hotel and I will never go back to this location because of the run around the hotel staff has put us through.

Went to a concert and the short walk was very saved and enjoyable. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. We actually extended our stay another night to enjoy the shopping and wonderful restaurants .

Went for Buzzfest. Had a great time. The hotel was close enough to walk but took an Uber. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

Residence Inn properties are always so reliable and this one delivered! Staff gave us extra attention when TV did not work in our room. They truly went over & above to prevent us from having to change rooms. Quiet property and LOVED the complimentary snacks during Ironman week for athletes…awesome touch!!

Very nice hotel, the service staff was very nice and helped with everything we needed. We really liked the size of the room, the beautiful and quiet hotel surroundings and the breakfasts. The hotel was nearing the end of renovations, but everything was fine and the renovations did not disrupt our stay.

The location They dont have the rooms I reserved… it was dirty and the air conditioned dont works well. The dont clean the room daily.

We were treated terribly this time around. We come every year for a soccer tournament. We have been coming to Residence Inn for the last 6 years. This location and the one down the street on Six Pines. Never have I received this type of treatment. Kids are with their coaches at a different hotel so it was just us parents. Patti the front desk clerk threaten to call the cops on us at 7:00pm for listening to SPANISH music on the patio. It was a tiny speaker that was maybe as loud as a oh I would be. She didn’t want to give us any ice, the one in the room was not enough for my cooler that I take to the field with waters. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. The lady the first couple days worked so hard to have all the food out and fresh but they didn’t have milk, half and half, yogurt, and the eggs were watery. Leslie the morning front desk clerk was so kind. Patti and one of the breakfast ladies, not Patricia, were SO RUDE. One time we were there drinking the coffee, the morning breakfast lady was cursing and throwing the trash bag around mad that she was busy and having to do the trash cans. We will NEVER stay at Residence Inn again. We will take our 9 room rental for a whole week elsewhere. There are too many options in the area ti be treated so badly.

The room was quite spacious and the kitchen was great since I cooked my dinners there. The only thing is that room service is every other day and they didn’t come once. They came the day I was checking out even though I let them know a couple a days beforehand they could keep a better tracking system on which rooms are up for cleaning.. The staff is super nice.

It was very hidden I thought it would have been closer to Cynthia Pavilion Woods, like I said it on the Internet, but it was not.

This is a very tired property that badly needs renovation. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was in poor condition. Several light bulbs were off, one of the bedroom carpets had a huge rip and there was a dead roach in a bedroom. The lights in the parking lot did not work and even though the general area is very safe, one felt unsafe walking on the property grounds. The breakfast was fine and check in service was acceptable in friendliness and speed. Definitely do not recommend this property as there are so many other hotel brands around with newer modern facilities

First time staying at this Residence in and the employees really made the difference. I was impressed with how customer centric and gracious they were. The customer appreciation activities they did were so nice and really made the trip more enjoyable than just a hotel stay I would absolutely stay there again every time I go to the woodlands

General appearance looks run down. Entry and check-in area looks old. Breakfast was ok but on Sunday morning there was no hot food and we had to wait about 15 minutes for food to be re-stocked.

When I booked I was under the impression that I would have a fireplace in my room. I may have booked wrong.

Room was great and comfortable. Not sure why the AC thermostat did not work as well as it was still warm in the room when we lowered the temperature setting. Breakfast was good tasting. Hallways can use some vacuuming and minor touch-ups on the walls and wall paper. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Simply the best. Especially the separate living quarters with your own bathroom. Me and my BFF stayed here. We loved the fact that we both had king size beds with separate bathrooms. The full size kitchen was nice even though we didn’t use it. I’m definitely coming back. I looooovvvvvvvveee this place.

Great location. Unfortunately, we had to wait for over an hour before the room was ready. It was around 5PM when we finally got into our room. Fridge was not emptied and we were missing a closet door. Bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was ok.

Its nice that they had 2 bedrooms but man that place needs serious updates furniture is worn out and gross looking. Like its in the woodlands and I can't believe it looked that crappy. Dressers raggedy and leaning and unstable. Just old! The pool was extremely old stuff peeling off walls. I was honestly very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. But I couldn't get a refund

I loved the small details, like pineapple in the water container that was in the lobby. So different and wonderful! Staff was super wonderful and the indoor pool was perfect. It was the perfect distance from everything we needed and it was so clean. The room itself was perfect for my family of 4. Will definitely be staying again.

Casandra at the front desk was kind, calm, and cooperative in moving our room to the Lake Front Circle location and insuring that we were not penalized for the late change. She was awesome! Then our family group of 9 enjoyed an unexpected “home-cooked meal” carefully prepared and presented by Denise in the lobby. The food selections included vegetarian and GF options. It was ideal for our first night gathering….and saved us the time, hassle and expense of going out to an expensive (and less satisfying) dinner at a restaurant. Throughout our 3 night visit, we were courteously and professionally assisted by housekeeping and front office staff.

Housekeeping stole my stuff. I had 2 rooms and had been extending the nights on one of them on a daily base the other has a 10 day prepaid reservation.. To be clear i have stayed more than 15 days in the past month in this property. Misteriously some housekeeper moved my stuff out of one room and no one has seen it. I had such great opinion of this Hotel and Marriot until now.... i would not recommend this place at all.

Room was in very nice condition except for the TV. TV was small and we could only see it when the room was pitch black. Hallways were dated and could use updating. Price was right and breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend if the price is right

Overall , A very nice stay . Room was very clean and spacious . Location is excellent . Pool and hot tub could use some updates . Basketball court is nice , the hoop needs to be repaired . Breakfast was nice . If a firm mattress is your preference , then great . Personally I wish it was softer . Where our room was was very quiet . We'll come back.

Overall , A very nice stay . Room was very clean and spacious . Location is excellent . Pool and hot tub could use some updates . Basketball court is nice , the hoop needs to be repaired . Breakfast was nice . If a firm mattress is your preference , then great . Personally I wish it was softer . Where our room was was very quiet . We'll come back.

The staff was amazing! The customer appreciation dinners and snacks were so nice. We were very grateful. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing by it. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

It was very disappointing.

Convenience to shopping and restaurants and other errands.

Had to ask more than 24 hours in advance (not just the evening in advance) to get the room serviced (towels etc).

Air conditioner was too loud it woke us up multiple times. The pool was chaos, with guests smoking outside with door propped open and more people coming in the side door. Not a nice stay.

Good value for what you get. The pool water was pretty yellowish and although it was indoor there was no chlorine smell at all! Coupled with the yellow water. I was told I could pay cash at check out then at check out was told they don’t take cash. Several cabinets/cupboards in the room were in need of repair and didn’t close properly or at all. All in all it was a good value though for what you get. Lots and f space for a hotel room.

This Inn is certainly dated in its construction style. The changes they have made to try and update it have been nice and clean. The room was spacious, but it was certainly obvious, even though they did their best to keep it clean, that it had been lived in for a while. We enjoyed our stay and felt that we got a good value for the price.

Everything was great, we had a big window but could see nothing, we got in past dark, and the next morning we saw that our view was of another building…….it was just one night, and we left early the next morning. We love the Residence Inn, always a good experience, a nice view can matter, but it didn’t this time.
