The perfect place to stay at The Woodlands and everyone is so kind it just makes you feel truly welcomed. I would stay here again any time!

Great location and helpful staff. Clean. However the humidity level in the rooms (everytime I stay) is super high and if you turn the ac up one degree, the heat cuts on. Also carpet was ripped up in room 523. Needs replacing ASAP

One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting The Woodlands!

Overall, we would not pay the money to stay at this hotel again. The waterway Marriott is about half a mile away and much nicer.

Nice shops all around you. Great location if your going to a Cynthia woods concert. Very friendly staff and a wonderful bar on the 2nd floor.The have a deep blue beautiful pool and hot tub outside. Had a great trip, hight recommend the area.

I would say the room was clean although this was the first hotel in a very long time that had a shower curtain… that took away from some of the modern take in the bedroom e.g. pop arts. Overall, a clean hotel at a very convenient location and you can park in the Market garage around the corner for free.

What could be improved is the menu and bar!! One of the reasons we chose to stay here again was because we love the fried pickle spears. They were no longer on the menu. We also ordered margaritas and I myself am a bartender and the margaritas were not up to par. I watched and the bartender was not pouring full shots and both our margaritas would come out uneven. Twice one of our drinks were only halfway full. I know my alcohol limit and with the amount of drinks I had- I should had had way more of a buzz. It was disappointing, so we didn’t return back to the bar for the duration of the trip. It was a disappointing experience.

Comfortable rooms. Good shower and bed. Roomy rooms. The parking up front for check in is tight. We were rushed to check in as only 3 cars can line up at the front entrance. Plus $40 for parking. But there is a free parking garage around corner.

The room was wonderful. Best shower we have ever had! Bed was comfy. Front staff was amazing. Shopping and restaurants all around. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We are going back to just to unwind and relax here.

Hotel is very nice and clean. It is walkable to the concert venue. I felt safe walking to and from the concert. Staff was very nice.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Cynthia Woods Pavillion. We could open the window and listen to the music. Parking was close and there is a lot of parking available. We would definitely stay again. The pillows are too soft and the bed was a little firm for my liking.

Literally around the corner from cynthia woods pavilion. We walked to it in less than 5 minutes and my husband and I are in our 70's. They have valet parking which is very convenient. Will stay again in oct for another concert.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations, comfy beds. $6 for water bottles in the room was a little excessive, most places give you the water bottles so you can make your coffee, but that was the only complaint.

The Hyatt Centric is a GREAT place to stay when going to a concert at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion!

The location is the only reason I booked a room. (I live only 45 minutes from Cynthia woodlands pavilion. I will be driving home next time.)The room was adequate but there isn't room service as said online. The rooms are okay at best.

Parking was not as convenient as expected

The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful in all aspects including check in and questions about the local area. They kindly arranged for a balcony room to help us celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. No complaints.

Hotel and amenities are very nice and love the location. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Pavilion is about a 5 minute walk so perfect place to stay when going to events there. This is our 3rd time staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Went for an over night stay to escape children and pets for a bit. Very nice bar with a friendly staff. The entire staff from the valet to the front desk staff were courteous and professional. We will definitely stay there again.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the location, proximity to event venue and the surrounding ammenities.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! Staff was warm, kind and veey accomodating. The bartender working during our stay was Asher, phenomenonal young man. Loved how personable and fun he was, my husband and I struck up conversation with him and we easily talked and laughed all the way until closing time. Best time ever!!

Location was perfect for the Ironman. I was impressed with how much the staff showed they cared about every guest. Always opening the door, helping with luggage, always smiling, and the snacks and drinks they had available for us Ironman athletes. The high level of detail with cleanliness was incredible throughout the entire hotel. The staff took their time thoroughly cleaning every room. I would stay here again.

The restaurant inside is 2 out of 10 this place definitely deserves much better food for sure the staff at the bar could be much better as well besides the last night it was a lady from Asia she was sup nice and on top of her game for sure will i be back i say yes definitely a nice place and really fun to be around with family

The valet was super nice. Pretty hotel and great location. The bathroom was the best part; big bathtub and the shower was amazing. The beds were slightly uncomfortable.

The website said free parking, then proceeded to charge me $77 for 2 nights parking.

Very clean I was not happy with the valet, they were more interested in talking to females then parking my vehicle or saying hi when I arrived. A security person and employee were distracted

The facilities and staff were excellent. The surroundings were very good. The actual room was good with the exception of the following: the bathroom lighting was insufficient, the television appeared to not be held tightly (it was crooked) and television services were limited.

It was very quiet. We stayed on New Years Eve and didn’t hear one firework.

Definitely will stay here next time I am in Houston !

Fantastic hotel located in the heart of The Woodlands Market Street area! Rooms are comfortable with pristine bathrooms and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The property was great - I think the only dissatisfaction we had was the “Big Red “ bartender was just not very nice - customer service needs improving- our house cleaner was amazing - check in staff really go out of their way to assist.

The front desk staff was very accommodating to my various requests. This hotel is in an amazing location that is steps away from shopping, dining, and movies.

This was a clean, updated hotel that was very comfortable and clean. Room service breakfast was actually quite tasty and arrived on time. Overall very good experience and no complaints.

Everyone was helpful I was surrounded by high end shopping. A dream for after hours relaxation.

Nice location though we had a roof top view. Service is the main asset that stood out at this hotel. Personnel including the valet and front desk were professional, friendly and very efficient as well. I would recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough but the countertop in my room was damaged. I can send pics later. It had spots where the top layer of wood had come off in a few places, maybe from water damage as it is by the coffeepot. I booked two rooms and requested they be adjoining or at least on the same floor. My son and daughter in law stayed in one room with my 1 yr old grandson. I baby sat him so they could attend the Hozier concert across the street. I have high blood pressure and A-fib. Going up and down an elevator causes me dizziness. The rooms were on different floors and each was all the way down on the end of the hall. I was exhausted toting the baby up and down and all the way down each hall. But we did get to listen to the Hozier concert from our window. That was a plus. The night clerk was very nice. I don't remember his name. But I was experiencing some dizziness from all the elevator rides I guess and he came to check on me.

Fabulous experience!!! Felt like an affordable stay at a boutique hotel! My room was spotless and so comfortable I stayed in both nights to read and relax.

This is the best hotel in the area. My husband and I have stayed at this property several times and each time our room has been clean and super comfortable. The staff is super helpful. Its also a very convenient location if you plan on going to events at cynthia woods pavillion. Recommend this hotel to wvwryone i can that plans on staying on the area, worth the cost.

Amazing place to stay if your going to a concert right across the street, super easy to get back and forth, looks of dinning choices and a nice area to walk around in. They also had good food and entertainment in the bar area in the evening.

The spaces next to it are under construction and for some reason the valet was never available. Inside the room was decent but nothing you can’t find for less.

If you prefer not to hear people in the adjoining room or people rolling their luggage across the elevator threshold skip this hotel. On a positive note, this location is unbeatable for walking to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Also, they oversell King rooms so you need to check in ASAP or you’ll be stuck with a Queen. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

They stay was wonderful. Everyone I met was super nice. My only frustration was my room was located right next to the elevator - I mean RIGHT next to it! In addition, the room had no desk! Forced me into the bar so I could get some work done. When I asked to be moved, I was told I would have to upgrade as all the rooms were sold out. That's when I figured it was becuase of the Hotels.com rate.

The best customer service experience i have encountered in many, many years. The staff made this stay thr best. I cant thank them all enough.
