We arrived late and didn’t get to go to bed until after midnight after a long day, so we didn’t get much rest! I don’t believe the hotel was full, but they gave us the worst room, and other than a desk chair there wasn’t another chair for me to sit except to sit on the bed! The room was tight not much room to turn around!

Location is amazing. Very convenient! The floors/doors were very loud. And the breakfast was less than desirable.

Great service, perfect location near the lake, restaurants, and the UW Superior campus. Appreciated how safe everything felt and a wonderful breakfast to start our day.

The breakfast was really tasty. Our only complaint would concern the in-room coffee pods as they were very HARD to open. I cannot imagine more elderly folks than us getting those packs open. We were also surprised on how spacious the rooms were. See above

They charged $75 for my 20lb dog for one night stay! That is not pet friendly. Go find a different hotel while the typical one night charge is $25 for a small dog.

The location and the breakfast was good The housekeeping did not stock toilet paper so we had to get it from the front desk. Housekeeping also did not give enough fresh towels and hand towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was loud.i also did not like the fact that we had to drive through an apartment complexes parking lot the get to the hotel

The hotel was clean and fresh and smelled great. The room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was seriously great, tons of choices, very tasty.

Location is great with walking trails and water near by and various drink and food options. Staff was amazing! I loved the property. But just the higher cost than normal stays due to Events in the area.
