Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!

The hotel was nice , but dated. The included breakfast was excellent. Wi-fi was sporadic at best. Location was very good for staying in the Duluth/Superior area.

The staff was friendly and that was about the only positive thing. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. And stinky water was coming up through the drains in the pool area. Would not recommend this property.

Guests arriving to breakfast barefoot. Unsanitary, couldn’t stay to eat. Happened 2 out of the 3 mornings and each day was someone different.

The staff here were so kind and helpful!! Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were in a great area, clean, and so fun to use!

Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining and the manager Michael was very rude and said No . The hotel could have easily gave us late check out and agree to cancel . I even called best western customer service and they even tried to help us by calling the manager , again he would not pudge . And with the shape of the hotel I would look elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows. Parking was right outside my windows. Enough towels were provided. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker were in the rooms. There is a forty dollar check in fee if you arrive prior to the check in time and not a Best Western rewards member. I wish they would empty the trash bins in the room daily, rather than upon request or your departure.
