We stayed at the Superior Cobblestone over Grandma’s Marathon weekend 2026, after having stayed there several times in the past. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but given the prices we paid for two rooms over the weekend, minor troubles were magnified: no sheets for one of the pull out sofa beds, no towels after one housekeeping visit, no housekeeping visit at all one day (even though we requested it), and a rather leisurely pace of restocking empty breakfast food items. We also found the noise from traffic and bar-time pedestrians louder than anticipated in our street side rooms.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a hit or miss. I don’t know if it was poor planning or just a lot all at once but they were not ready for the influx of crowds for grandmas marathon weekend. We came down to breakfast at 7 in the morning on a Friday and all the breakfast was gone, waffle batter empty, pans of food completely out and no coffee at all. I think they should adequately prepare better in the future. Other than that, stay was good.

Grab and go breakfast was very nice. The price for Grandma’s marathon was ridiculous. I would have expected free shuttle transportation to/from the DECC. Location was disappointing. Nothing to do. Next time for the price, I’ll stay by the finish line of the marathon or at the Hinkley Casino.

Breakfast was amazing The TVs are old and none of them have Smart TV features to watch Netflix or YouTube or Amazon prime video I would probably get rid of them, them and the DirecTV

Clean, good repair. Quiet location. The bed and bedding were quality but bed was a little too hard but that is my personal choice.

Stopped for one night on a road trip. Staff was super friendly and the bed was comfortable.
-
The property presents as 3🌟for a 2🌟 price. Staff was very helpful and information about our needs translated across staff shifts. Very clean, better than expected breakfast, and easy parking.
-
We enjoyed the Wisotta bar. Nice patio seating and great happy hour.

Bring your own pillow the options they give you are one extreme or the other. Otherwise everything else was great.

Clean, quiet hotel in a great location. Our room was spacious and helped our family sleep comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!
-
Parking free and convenient. The biggest issue is breakfast. Food is only realistically available in the beginning. Closer to the end - no refilling. We had 2 hockey teams and 1 large (40 people) groups staying the weekend and kitchen wasn’t ready to feed these many people with hot food. It was the issue every morning. If you want hot food? You have to be there before 8am.

I love this little hotel! Conveniently located off the main route through town, I can unwind with an excellent wine in the restaurant, starbuck’s coffee with a good breakfast in the morning……and the staff is always friendly.
