The location is absolutely excellent. However, unfortunately, the negative experiences we encountered overshadowed this. The room service certainly did not deliver a 5-star hotel experience. A dirty room, missing towels, and unreplenished water—it was absolutely terrible. Is the breakfast worth the cost? I don't think so. We had to remind the staff repeatedly—and wait half an hour—just to get the cheese platter refilled, almost every single day. The service staff were extremely surly. The telephone in the room wasn't working. Furthermore, they locked the refrigerator at the end of the second day. In summary: It is highly questionable how this hotel managed to earn its 5-star rating with this level of service.

The location is really convenient close to the city center, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. we'll come back The electric plugs are not so easy to use in the bedroom and the bedroom is a little bit too small.

The help to buy flowers on a Sunday and also reserve a very restaurant perfectly adapted to us on a period with not so many restaurants open, plus extra towels in case i needed. All was truly perfect. Very friendly service.
