Excellent location. The main shopping is all a short walk away, and it's at a large intersection of 5 tram lines. Absolutely loved the balcony. But note that only Room 303 has it. We booked it as the "higher-tier room", but I'm not sure that it guarantees you would get 303. The rooms themselves are colorful and charming regardless of balcony, but that balcony was the best highlight. The breakfast was enjoyable. The mattress is comfortable, the room clean and well-equipped. Note that the bed is 180cm long (but otherwise comfortable, except for the feet sticking out) Sound isolation isn't great, as they seem required to have "period-appropriate wooden windows", and the noise of the people and trams goes on well into the night.

Location perfect, comfortable and clean. So easy to get into the centre and the tram station just outside. Nice breakfast all the staff were polite and helpful! Nothing!

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and is very well connected by public transport. The room I stayed in was quite small, but clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention the young man at the reception who helped me a lot during my visit. I would like to publicly thank him — he was truly amazing! Kind, professional, and always ready to help. In fact, besides its excellent location, the hotel’s greatest asset is definitely the people who work there.
