Good location. Chaotic check-in. The area isn't big enough. Not clear when you accidentally venture into Novotel. A mini-fridge would be welcome!

Good place. Its location near the station and city center, right next to the tram line, makes it ideal for sightseeing. The hotel lobby had a very strong perfume smell that gave me a slight headache.

I like the location and it is the main reason I choose this hotel. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor had a smell of urine.

Ibis Strasbourg Center Les Halles has great location. It is walking distance to train station and also Strasbourg old city. Both room and bathroom were good size. Breakfast was not included in our room price, but basic breakfast buffet was available for a fee. Hotel was good value for money for location. Room lockers for room card are obsolete and it takes a while to open the room door. One room needed to be exchanged as the room locker did not work at all. Reception staff was very helpful in case of issues. Room had only basic facilities, but it is common for Ibis everywhere.

Staff was friendly. Conveniently located above the mall and nearby the station. Rooms are incredibly small. Bed's not very comfy. No fridge. Alright for one night's stay but not comfortable. Parking wasn't included or rebated. Expected more of an Ibis Hotel.

I had no complaints during my stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was great. Even though I made my reservation in March, when I arrived at the hotel the nightly rate was lower than what I had booked months earlier. Since I hadn’t paid yet, I mentioned this to the staff at reception, but they said there was nothing they could do and that if I cancelled, I would have to pay a penalty fee. This made no sense — in that case, there’s no point in booking 2–3 months in advance.

Tha location awesome. Clean and not so noisy The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was okeyish. The lady that checked us in didn't bother to make the changes we asked so she just found some excuses to tell us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
