I don't think you can really call what they have a proper pool, more like a hot tub. They were also very strict about the check-in and checkout times and flat out ignored any requests for slightly late checkout.

Good location , very clean and comfortable. Area quite difficult to find a parking spot close to the address

The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the Xmas markets but close enough to walk there in just a few minutes. It’s quiet, and the small number of rooms means not a lot of coming and going at all hours. It was a very peaceful stay for us. I loved everything.

My second time staying here, and it's always such a relaxing experience.

Super-private room, lofty ceilings, those awesome Euro windows. I took advantage of the tub on the ground floor; reallllly nice, I spent an hour soaking and no-one interrupted. Delicious. You MUST fix the step out of the room. Someone's gonna fall and die. There's an immedaite 5cm drop which is surprising immediately out the door, and it seems likely that someone will topple headforward down the stairs and dive down the gap at the end to the floor below. FIX THIS.

The room bathroom and bed were very clean and comfortable and by usa standards the mattress was extra long. The provided linens, and shower care products were quite adequate, there were two small water bottles and the possibility to make coffee. Near enough to the train station and older parts of the town. The very modern style bathroom felt luxurious. Traveling is hard work and a little bigger water bottles would have been nice but it was super essential they were there!

Fantastic property situated in a historical building within walking distance to the key sights of Strasbourg. Apartments are decorated with designer lights and nice furniture. The property provides a sauna and a whirlpool. Would definitely come here again next time in Strasbourg.

The check in and check out was seamless. The spa is very relaxing A microwave in the room would be nice

It has a nice coffee shop nearby It’s an Airbnb and nothing more, no customer service whatsoever. I messaged the Customer service for towels as there were 2 towels only in the room & a floor mat which we had to use as a hand towel- no hand towels no extra towels - no towel to use in the spa area , and no extra blanket as it was cold or pillows and got no reply on my request for some. The facilities are run on remote with cameras which lacks good costumer service and bookings.com should advertise this as self service room it’s not a spa or hotel !!! The spa facilities are not looked after there was a towel on the floor at arrival and as we left. The room is nice but lacks finish, the bath was not cleaned and when we started it balls of dirt came out of it. The bedding smells musty & needs airing and there are lack of small details ( hooks for bathrobes & towels & kettle ). We were generally underwhelmed and disappointed.

The apartment is really close to the center. The pool and the sauna is a great thing to relax after a long day of exploring. The owner provided all the informations you need to know. The door to the room has really bad sealing. That is why the room is cold and you cannot do anything about it and you can hear every little noise from the staircase.

Absolutely LOVED the suite and can’t wait to return in 2025 I wish there was someone on staff who could supply additional towels, amenities, etc. as needed. It felt more like an Airbnb than hotel, but loved it either way.

Location, comfort, sauna and jacuzzi Lack of communication with the owner of the residence, not available on the phone or via text messages. Back check-in experience: the cleaning lady had to open the gate of the residence, as the landlord was not available despite the fact that we had announced our early arrival. We had to talk to Booking to get in, waiting in the freezing rainy weather in Strasbourg…

Good location. Comfortable bed. The advertised bathtub in the quadruple room is out of order. The owner didn't respond at all to this issue. TV doesn't work. The kettle is disgusting and should be replaced.

Quiet, spacious, nicely renovated. Unfortunately I did not think to bring swimming trunks, so was unable to use the spa facilities 1. Access arrangements. Sending crucial info like the access codes to get in, on the day a client is travelling, offers all too many opportunities, as happened with me, for both wifi access problems for receipt of the message, and also in my case, the colleague who made the reservation, receiving the mail and needing to forward to me. I ended up standing in the rain before a door with no bell, phoning a number that did not at first answer...... Send the codes at least one full day before the expected arrival. 2. While the flat was comfortable and spacious, a downside in the way it had been modernised was that shower, toilet and main basin were each in different rooms, leading to a certain amount of running about to match up towels, soap, and other ablution items.
