Loved drinks in the courtyard, friendly staff, the setup of the room was really well thought out, comfy bed, coffee pod machine & lots of different places to sit on the ground floor More milk pods. Other than that things were lovely so would definitely recommend

We were absolutely delighted with all of the facilities at Leonor - it exceeded all of our expectations. There was secure private parking (with an acceptable additional cost), and the breakfast was outstanding. We arrived early and were able to store luggage at Reception - when we arrived back, our bags had been taken to our room. Reception staff were extremely professional and lovely. Nothing - it was brilliant

Great property , amazing services and the staff was super helpful with their recommendations on restaurants and other touristy spots . I love their garden tea as well. Unfortunateky their restaurant was closed on both nights we were there but it didn't matter as there are tonnes of places close by to eat and Inez was very helpful with her restaurant recommendations. Also helped to call a taxi for us as our bolt and uber apps weren't helpful.

Absolutely everything. Excellent location, only a few minutes to the old town, very comfortable room, excellent bathroom with a great shower, clean, quiet, very nice inner garden with a bar, nice staff. Only the fact that the breakfast was 29 euros, too much.

The rooms are fine—I won’t say anything negative—but they are certainly not impressive. Fairly spacious, though. The breakfast, with local products, was good-not exceptional, but even there there seemed to be some discrimination in the seating arrangements. The distance from the cathedral and Petite France was not very convenient on foot, but there is nearby public transport (tram), which is helpful. Good if you want to visit the northern part of the city as well. The hotel clearly believes (both as an organization and through its staff) that it is much better than it actually is. This attitude is quite noticeable in the overall atmosphere. First of all, the check-in policy is terrible. There is an unjustified strictness regarding the check-in time, to the point where they won’t let you enter your room before 3:00 pm—even if it’s pouring rain outside and you’ve just come from a long journey. This is something we only encountered on the French side of Alsace. Our waiting felt so obviously unreasonable that we kept asking every now and then (always politely) whether the room was ready (for example, at 2:20 pm), and we were told no, but that it would be ready soon, around 3:00 pm. At 2:55 pm it still wasn’t ready, but at exactly 3:00 pm, suddenly it was. At the same time, we saw other guests going to their rooms normally with their luggage. This didn’t seem coincidental—it was clearly a matter of policy or discrimination, which is unacceptable for any reason. Having stayed in much better hotels in the most touristic parts of Europe, I can say that we were always treated with a genuine willingness to assist us, and almost always accommodated—or at least offered an apology if it wasn’t possible. That’s what courtesy means. In any case, the balance of check-in and check-out times is already in the hotel’s favor (even though the guest is the one paying), so they wouldn’t have lost anything by letting us in half an hour earlier.

Modern, comfortable and accessible, with friendly staff and great service. Food was very good. Parking area was initially difficult to locate and very small in relation to the capacity of the hotel.
-
A lovely hotel in the heart of Strasbourg, friendly attentive staff. A short easy flat walk to the nearby carpark and town centre.

The room was nicely design, clean and very comfortable. The garden was great during breakfast for for an evening drink. Staff extremely kind and professional, the breakfast was healthy and very well organized. It is difficult to find something not nice in this hotel. Maybe since it was very hot a swimming pool would have help, but perfection does not exist!
