There were roaches crawling on the walls. One fell on me in the shower while I was bathing. Also one tried to crawl between my legs while using the toilet. I want a refund or at least a discount returned to me but managed was not on site. Kissing said

This property is about 50 years old and no renovation has been done on it. The TV is still old Tube. The toilet flush is slow. Carpet is old. There was no sheet. Only a heavy quilt. The chair was of cloth and had hole in it. The location supposed to have WiFi but it is only a name on equipment setting. Technically no WiFi. The TV programs were very good and a Western channel had no commercials. The area looks unsafe, but I did not notice any unusual activity. There were no insect at all in the room and was very safe from this standpoint. Plenty of towels were available and the same with soap. Water was strong in pipes and shower was working very well. at a very close walking distance is a Chevron convenience store that complements lack of any essentials on the property such a cup of coffee in the morning.

There were roaches everywhere and the refrigerator didn't work. I knew from previous reviews there was an older model television however the door didn't make me feel secure in my room. The door looked as if was kicked in before.

It was a dirty hotel with staff not supporting in any ways. They failed to provide the bare minimum committed facility like clean room, breakfast. The bathroom was all dirty and broken. I had to vacate the hotel after 1 night.

I liked that it was fast and easy to get a room. The front desk lady is extremely rude and short with you. They rushed me out my room when it wasn’t even time to check out the house keeper kept barging in no knocking or anything. And they made me leave the property while I was waiting on my ride. The lady Jennifer and the front desk was very very nice but we couldn’t stay there. We returned the key due to the condition of the room. It smelled bad and the bed did not have sheets on them.

Plenty the rooms are shabby they are presenting a picture of of a Queen size bed but they have Full size beds in the rooms no clean towels nor was the room cleaned all of the furniture was old look like from 18th century furniture.

The young man at the front counter was extremally nice, patient and helpful as I checked in. I would definitly recommend this hotel just on his wonderful customer service alone. I will use this location again without question.

Nothing, worst place we have stayed in. Bathtub was so nasty would not bathe my dog in it, door on oneof our tooms would not lock, rooms odor was rank, TV didn't work.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY THEY CHARGE FOR THE ROOMS THEY ARE A RATS NEST!! This place is the worst place I've ever stayed and I've been to a few properties that I wouldn't recommend but this one I'm afraid that I may need to go get a tetanus shot from the wallpaper is being held up by tax there's nothing in the room other than a TV and your dresser that's falling apart how I pulled out one of the dresser drawers and found a whole bunch of baggies like there is no dealers in there and one of them was full of stuff so yeah that was very pleasant then the ice machine isn't convenient for you to get through it's in the lobby with the other people you have to wait for them to come open the door to let you into the lobby so you can get ice. The breakfast they offer is oatmeal in a little tupperware container, the butter has bread crumbs all in it and cereal that they don't even provide milk for. The water came out brown I was afraid to give it to my service animals and then the manager or whom ever he was, decided to tell me not to fill up my cooler w ice and he yelled at me about my service animals! I've never been treated the way I was here and I promise that this place is not worth 10 dollars much less the 50 they charge and that's only thru the app if you don't do it thru a booking app they want to charge 85 dollars a night. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even if I didn't like them and that says a whole lot about this place.

My overall stay was decent. It is definitely an older facility and it could use upgrades but it was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendants for both the check in and check out were very friendly and accommodating. I found it to be great for the traveler on a budget. The location had access to multiple restaurants, dine in and fast food. The fact that it was minutes from the airport was an added bonus.

We needed to stay in a hotel for the night because of a power outage in our city. I checked in late, and found our room to not be very clean. There were roaches in the bathroom. The TV did not work. The front desk lady who checked me in was nice, but the one I checked out with was rude. I was rushing to get my girls to school in the morning, and wanted to grab them something to eat from the breakfast room. I was told I could not take anything from the continental breakfast which at every hotel I have ever stayed I had been allowed to grab a couple items from the breakfast area. I dont care if it is common in texas to have roaches... I am a traveling guest who is NOT comfortable with sharing my bed with bugs! Goodbye texas!

The hotel did not have light bulbs in the room, there were now wash clothes in the room and the remote did not work. Called front desk the problems were not resolved. I had book the room for two nights, checked in late. Left the next morning. I complained to the front desk and requested a refund for the night I did not stay. The hotel personal did not seem to care since it was a pre-paid room.

I was outside relaxing with family. A truck rolled up with. 2 males and they brandished a gun. Needless to say we left, but the staff was very kind and gave a refund with no problems. I know they didn't have to but they did. The hotel was a 1 but the staff was a 10.

My glasses broke and my boyfriend wasn't feeling well coming back from Galveston to Cypress I couldnt drive any further..I found what I thought was a good deal so I booked it. As soon as I walk in the room was very basic but it was just to rest so no big deal, UNTIL, we saw roaches on the bed, on the dresser an TV, while going back to the car there were people walking around, eye balling my Lexus- it was time to go....I went to the front office and since this was a no cancellation booking I couldnt get my money back- The woman in the front office was sweet, explained, gave me another room where I only saw 1 roach... we ended up going to the Four points down the street and sleeping in the car parking lot...much nicer safer and no chance of roaches or bed bugs.

We purchased 3 rooms for a youth event in Houston. At check in, the non-smoking rooms, smelled like someone had been smoking in there for weeks. The bathroom door in one room was literally falling apart, and the lights in all three rooms were flickering on and off. The furniture was broken or busted, and there was evidence of pest activity. We really just utilized the rooms for the night, so we put up with the issues. However, in the morning, one of the teens I had in my group went to the front office for coffee, and had to call me from the sidewalk by the highway in front of the hotel. The morning staff had kicked him off property without trying to call one of our rooms, or calling me. I was able to deal with the staff. It ended well, but we will not be booking a knights inn any time soon!

The room was grotesque and when asked for a different room I was told that all rooms for third party booking would be in the same condition. There were roaches crawling all around what they called breakfast. I had to clean the room and make my children keep their shoes on. Thankfully I travel with blankets th st we were able to lay on.

We went to another room and it was acceptable, but was on the 2nd floor no elevator. The tub still looked dirty, but we weren't going to soak in it, so that's where we finished out our stay. Microwave had a bug in it and rust. No power outlets near the bed for my pc and phone. Also the ones that were in the room were so old that the plug wouldn't stay in the socket. Room keys shut off after 8 hours and I had to go to the desk everynight

My fds find bugs on the walls.... then they end up change the hotel the very next day. Staff s are friends. But the hotel is in very bad conditions. I would recommend the staffs to a less complaints working environment.

Staff and housekeeping did a good job. but the maintenance was poor. on the outside of the building some poles not in touching the ground. The AC unit said 68 but it felt like 75. The shower head was very weak and need to be cleaned. As of the rest of the room was very clean and well kept.

It could've been way better if they put effort into you enjoying your stay. I was on a business trip and in their ad it says free wifi, let me tell you, you DO NOT get free wifi. It would've probably been better if they had free wifi but no don't believe it, they don't. If you don't speak spanish, your maids won't understand you and will harass you. I had to change rooms because the air conditioner didn't work. I got to the other room and it has a stain on the floor where someone might've been killed and the lights came on whenever they wanted to so I was for sure certain a ghost haunted my room. TV's are out of date, their breakfast wasn't appealing, there was no mini fridge in the room. The stay just wasn't good, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Nothing in the room was ckean and you definitely had to keep your shoes on while walking on the carpet. Matted with filth.

The location. It was in close proximity to the highway. The hotel was dirty and was infested with roaches. I will be contacting the board of health in Houston. There were several roaches, in the tub, behind mirrors coming from under the bed. I had to keep the air on high and lights to keep them away!!!

There was nothing to like It seemed as if it was for people on welfare, destitute people who could not hope to feel better in a place that looked so sad and not taken care of.

Yes it was nasty ... Holes in the walls

It smelled like mold. It was so dirty under the bed. The pool was green. The light kept going off and security never came like they said. I would not recommend that place to no body
