They never disappoint. Well maintained & friendly. We were there for just 1 night but we can always depend on positive consistency with this hotel chain.

No matter the side your room is on the freeway is heard but with a fan it drowns the sound out.

The sink didn't drain very well and the bed was hard to get into because it was so high.

Our stay was great. My only issue was that the hotel only has 2 entrances. One of the entrances was blocked by the hotel shuttle the entire time we were there. I was told by the clueless receptionist “this is just what we do.” This is a major code violation, and it has been reported. I was further informed that there was no staff available to move the shuttle. So that means if there is an emergency and everyone needs to vacate the property, no one can move the van? Ok. Got it.

Exceptional staff. We had an issue with our TV & someone came to assist & when it proved difficult she moved us to an upgraded room down the hall. Lots of highway noise. There is also a gas station next door & the cars coming & going were a little noisy. We moved to a different room due to the TV & it was farther away from the highway. Much better experience

We arrived way earlier than expected, but the front desk didn't bat an eye to call housekeeping and get a room ready for us and allow us an early check-in. The breakfast in the morning was great, hot and fresh! While it is an older building, it is well-maintained. Definately, will stay here the next time we are in town.

Perfect place to break up our drive to Galveston for a cruise the next day. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very welcoming, sharing water and amenities. Breakfast the next day was great and room was just what we needed.

It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The bed pillows were long and flat. I had to use two to sleep on. The water pressure was almost nonexistent and very hard. The toilet flushed at the bottom of the bowl instead of the top, so if the paper or anything else got stuck on the side of the bowl, it stayed there when you flushed.

The only issue was the TV the remote control was not working and we couldn't watch TV but it wasnt a big issue, we went to sleep.

The airport shuttle never arrived. I had to take a taxi. There weren’t any restaurants nearby. I had to Uber Eats a meal. The rooms were comfortable and clean but noisy. I could hear someone talking in the room next to me until after midnight. At one point during the night a group of very loud people woke me. The hotel staff were friendly and kind.

Check in was challenging. Location was right by very busy highway, road noise was loud.

They took care of any issues We ordered a pizza to be delivered, it was, to the wrong room. The night clerk told me it was a needy family in a different room. How did she know??? We just forgot the issue. The stay here was good other than that We were here for my mother's funeral and needed to focus on other issues.

We arrived during g a very cold period and the staff was getting prepared for a possible electric outage. They were great and kept a positive attitude. I have to say, the staff there was so kind. Accommodations were great. Good bed and pillows. Breakfast was great. Freeway noise was annoying but not terrible. Shuttle to/from the airport was reliable!

The hotel overcharged me for the 2 rooms I reserved. Then, they did not have anyone on duty that knew how to correct the mistake. I checked back several times to see if the manager had corrected the problem, and nothing had changed. I finally had to dispute the charges with my bank.

The person in front of me received the complimentary goodie bag, no questions asked, and as I walked back into hotel with my luggage, I noticed she also gave a bag to the man in line behind me.

Airport shuttle was amazing. The staff was so attentive and even allowed us to Check in early. Our room’s air conditioner was broken when we first checked in. I called the front desk and it was fixed within minutes!

This was a family visit trip. This was in a safe area. Clean inside and outside. Staff were great. Stephanie at front desk was great help on finding places around our hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. Hot food clean and great juicers and teas. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Little noises from I terstate traffic but overall very good place to stay.

The property was nice and quiet with friendly staff. Conveniently located next to a gas station so you can fuel up and purchases snacks and other necessities. Only negative was that our tv kept disconnecting from cable service, but the staff was great and rectified the issue and there is no full length mirror in the rooms Otherwise, great stay.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was a welcome bonus. However, I was double charged for the room and the only explanation I was given was that it was a “training error”. Still waiting for any type of refund or charge to fall off.

Tub was extremely slippery, just the water and the tub no soap yet while showing I almost fell 6 times. I was having to bend down and hold the side of the tub and still almost slipping. My son as well who is 6ft was just rinsing off his legs and almost slipped and fell a few times as well.

The most important things when lodging are a clean, safe and quiet environment to get sleep. That was impossible in Room 308, it is approximately 100 yards from the highway and the road noise was horrible. Was not able to sleep at all! Can’t emphasize enough how disappointed I am. A total loss of money and left feeling terrible as we went about our travels. Would never stay again and will warn people of the same.

The Hotel was very comfortable, service was great. However, I was cold and when I turned on the heat I noticed that the air was coming out of a vent that was probably dirty. Since I am alergic to dust, I developed a severed headache during the night which I believe was the result of dust from the vent. Perhaps there is a filter that needs to be replaced. Otherwise this hotel was great.

Nice hotel, unfortunately no restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, beds were great. Our bathroom sink had to have the stopper removed or the sink never drained. The tv had a line down the center so half the screen was darker than the other half. Has a shuttle for airport transportation but new employer called us a Lyft to be picked up from the airport. Rather confusing when we get to the hotel & see the shuttle sitting there. Would've been nice if it could be used to go to a restaurant.

We pulled down the night shade and found mold on the shade that had been rolled. Room smelled musty.

After waiting and hour the key card system didn't work . We had to wait 15 minutes for the worker to fix the key card and then when we got to our room , the key still doesn't work. So we had to go back down to the lobby to fix it again. The room was very noisy from people upstairs, the airplanes and highway cars. The restroom had no place to hang towels. Restroom needs attention as it was not clean with mold. The room smelled like cigarettes as did the hallway.

When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel oversold and they didn’t have any more rooms available. So we had to spend the night in the airport because of their inability to manage the property. Totally unacceptable.

Check in was a 40 minute wait and we were late to our event due to this. Front desk clerk stated the rooms had to be inspected, but several of us notice she was merely waiting on her relief (someone to take over) for a shift change maybe. This needs to be addressed.

Easy parking and helpful front desk personnel. Bathtub is very slippery and has no anti-slip mat. Elevator is slow. Good enough place to stay while on a tight budget, but not for more than 1-2 nights.

Stayed in a room on the lobby level, quite noisy particularly at night due to guests congregating in the area. The side entrance door was broken and would slam shut upon entering and exiting. Overall, a decent stay as the hotel itself is clean and located conveniently to the airport.

The proximity to Hobby Airport is the primary reason for my visit. Not a lot of close dining options and the freeway means a constant drone of cars.

We had no issues. We had just gotten off of a cruise and rooms were not supposed to br ready until 1500. The worked with us to get my family and I checked in as early as possible. Great customer service and even ordered my family an Uber to go to the airport.

Called for the free airport shuttle. The hotel is five minutes from the airport. They told us it would be 15 minutes. Called back after 30 minutes of waiting. They assured us the driver was close. We gave up after an hour and paid $40 for an Uber. Ceiling tiles removed for an apparent leak on the main floor. Nobody working to fix it the entire time we were there. Floor slippery. Gym closed. Pool cold. Breakfast was great. There's a gas station convenience store next door to the hotel, which was... convenient. It's right on the highway so it's very noisy if your room faces the highway.

We stayed here twice within a week because it was pre-booked on our first trip there we had no water on our second day of waking up for hours no access to laundry on our return stay back. They were not accommodating at all with any type of early check-in Even when I asked if I could pay extra for early check-in since we were coming in from another state and got off of the ship early.

While the staff was nice, they didnt accomodate or compensate in anyway for the terrible inconvenience of first having no water at all. After being reassured water would be on shortly, water was restored but no hot water at all. Hot water was never restored durong our stay. We were unable to shower or bath our baby. Had they offered some sort of accommodations or compensation this would be a vastly different review.

Mandy at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. We got off our cruise way earlier than expected and I called the hotel to see if we could do a early check-in. Mandy was able to get us right in. Our stay was very relaxing. The next morning the breakfast options were amazing. Lele ran the breakfast spread making sure everything was clean and stocked up for the quests. She even taught me how to work the pancake maker and they were awesome pancakes. You guys rock! Thank you so much for everything.

It was amazing stay , top tier no complaints

All n all the remotes in the rooms need to be checked out thoroughly. Because at times they tend not to work. The breakfast should have a variety of foods. Like beef sausage links. Omelette station. Muffins different variety. Just my opinion.

They got roaches

Exceptionally helpful and courteous staff. Very attentive to a traveler's needs. Wonderful breakfast!!!

A little noisy by the highway. Staff was exceptional. Pool was great.

Love how the towels and toilet paper were presented in the room. The gym only had one working treadmill, tv for the treadmills didn't work.. Loved the express coffee station. The hot water dispenser was lame, why not put the hot water in the same kind of dispenser as the coffee?! How about getting another hot water dispenser and putting it on the breakfast table side?! The breakfast omelettes were good. Breakfast was ok. It did have several choices, would have liked the food to be hotter. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall would I stay at this place again, yes.

My room had roaches, in addition restroom door was not working properly.

When we first arrived to our initial room it was old blood stain on pillow case and poop was left on the toilet seat, I assuming the house keeping overlooked during their cleaning. We had to be moved to another room.

I always stay with y’all for corporate travel. The skunk smell from the pot smokers is starting to get pretty annoying though, just sayin
