Had a great night there it was very clean and spacious came with its own little kitchen area, a great place to stay in close to the airport and not that far from Galveston

Everything was good. The front end receptionist (pm shift) was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. 10 points for her. However, I did not realize the shuttle was only to the Hobby Airport. So the transport costs to and from the IAH was very expensive. So probably wouldn't stay again.

Says free airport shuttle not clear it’s only for the hobby airport! Not Bush international! Booked for the free shuttle! Ended up spending 150$ to uber to and from the airport

It's a seedy part of town, and the traffic pattern out front is a little wonky. No elevator to get to the second floor rooms. If they hadn't had available rooms on the ground floor, we would have had to go somewhere else, because we can't schlepp heavy suitcases up stairs any more (we're early old). There was a drawer between the bed and the sofa that wouldn't stay closed, and the A/C unit was noisy. Otherwise it was a perfectly good place to stay, very close to the airport and the car rental places, and they had real sausage and potatoes (and fake eggs) for breakfast.

Very comfortable place to stay at, was very clean, it was nice and quiet as well. Would stay there again. Appreciate the breakfast in the mornings!

I stayed in a non smoking king and it was very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. Felt safe. Did not have a chance to have any breakfast as I got to sleep in with a 12:00 noon check out time!

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good AC made some noise all through my stay but I was just too busy to report this. Am sure they would have changed my room or fixed it.

I needed a reasonably priced hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. This fit the bill. I don’t like when it’s not clear the rooms are accessible from an exterior entrance. Elevators are needed even for 2 story hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Houston Hobby Airport and has easy access to freeways, small market. The staff is very nice and friendly and the room is very clean with bathtub/shower type. I report that the nightstand lightbub is out and needs replacement twice to front desk and for my entire 5-day stay it is not replaced. Wifi did not connect until the local Wifi service company makes exception so my laptop can connect to the internet. It turns out that Wifi network is open, yet requires password to log in. Extremely loose electrical outlets which cannot hold any device securely.

I rented the 1 bedroom suit with kitchen. Online it stated a balcony. There was not a balcony. It was set up like a motel. Cabinets in the kitchen was a little dyed but it was clean. Had morning breakfast everyday. Wasn’t bad. Tate is enough so you’re not hungry. Pool was very clean. It was outdoor and the rather wasn’t that great so we only got to use it once.

There was rain, they would not give us a ride to the airport 10 min away, so we had to pay for a Lyft. I booked it for the shuttle service. I asked at the desk if we needed to say one more night if our room was even available. She said to book it and pay cancellation fees if don’t end up staying. What?!? I was in person asking if it was available? Pay cancellation fees through Expedia if I want to book it and not end up staying? The room was nice and the kitchen was very clean and nice. Property had homeless coming up asking for Shoes.

I knew from the beginning when I spoke to the driver and she barely spoke acted like she had an attitude this would be a terrible place to stay. My first issue was they don’t specify in their description they only pick up and drop off from one hotel in Houston and Expedia made my flight leaving from the other hotel. As far as the room goes it was average I would definitely buy plastic silverware for your stay and/or your own dish rags (they use a sponge that obviously has been used multiple times), there was left over food on the dishes put away in the kitchen from the previous visitor. Microwave was dirty with crumbs and old food inside. Crumbs in between the fridge. Sheets had yellow specks on them and when you ask for new towels/bedding they act like it is an issue because they have signs posted trying to “save water” they want to replace linens every 3 days. Gym is not actually a gym it is 1 bike and 1 treadmill. Breakfast is trash what they call a “hot breakfast” is waffles you make with the iron, half done sausage and nasty eggs.

We were a party of 3. All over 70 years old with pickup from the airport with 2 scooters. The young female driver just watched and did not offer to assist. She stated no one informed her there were scooters. I had when I requested the pickup. Another transporter from another hotel assisted. They had to make 2 trips. A different older (perhaps her mother) female driver came and she wasn't much help either. There was no luggage rack for the luggage at the hotel. Thank God for the shift change and a male desk clerk offered to help with the luggage as the initial female clerk did not. He was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a microwave. When we checked out, I asked if the driver could park the van near our room because there was a ramp for the luggage and scooters. I was informed they only pickup from the lobby. Upon existing I realized the van was only about 5 parking spaces from our room. It had to drive to the lobby. It would had been easier for the driver and us to board closer to the room. This male driver was courteous, very helpful, and he refused the tip we offered. None was offered to the 1st two drivers nor did they deserve any. I wanted to give them one star but I could not change it

I had to unexpectedly find a hotel at the last minute and found this one at 10pm on a Friday night. The young woman working the desk was very nice and efficient and got me in a room right away. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rpom was. I stayed two nights and was very pleased. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cold, and the hot water hot.

I’m not gonna lie. It was a little hood and for non-smoking runs. The hallways are full of smoke cause people go out on the balcony and smoke which the smell just goes in your room if you run the AC so just be aware of that but the property was nice if you have kids don’t stay on the second floor cause people who actually live there complaining about kids getting kids at a hotel. Kuerig ine the room. Rooms were clean shuttles driver was quick and helpful. Only 10 minutes to the airport. Great Hundarian restaurant within walking distance. No fruit or yogurt at breakfast but coffee was excellent, apple and oj available. I had a bagel was great.

The lobby needs some renovation and also it is extremely small to accommodate checkin/checkout guests, as well as the breakfast serving area, which is on one side of the entrance lobby where there is barely any space.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We flew in late at night and the hotel clerk was fantastic, he picked us up from the airport and the shuttle was clean, quiet and comfortable. He was our knight in shining armor after a long day in the airport! Our room was so clean and nicely painted and well appointed- it honestly was just as nice as the resort we had just left. The shuttle took us back to the airport with no fuss in the morning. The room was a great value, cleaner and nicer than the price point would suggest, and service was above and beyond.

There was lots of places to eat right down the street. We felt safe the whole time we were there and they have the most comfortable beds of any place we have stayed. We will definitely be staying there again.

I've stayed at days inn before but this was by far the best one. Despite the minor stains on the lower part of the couch everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was good also, There is a $100 deposit they charge even if you paid in full which i did for incidentals that this app doesn't tell you about. Overall great experience.

The property looked like the pictures for the most pet but the pictures did not indicate that there was no bathroom sink. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The room we chose said 490 sqft but it was not that big. Parking was very limited.

Went to Houston for a family trip. Found this place with a kitchen and 2 big beds for 3 nights at a great price of $350. The front desk ladies were amazing and helpful. They were friendly and super nice. House keepers made bed and fresh towels daily. Nice small pool. Quite not cracked out!! Will go back for sure.

Pretty much as expected until we found that was no elevator. There was 7 of us; and so we, could only get 2 beds for each room on the 2nd floor. We had to lug 8 50 lb bags up a flight of stairs. Everything else about the hotel was accurate based on other reviews. An okay place to stay one night.

We selected this property because of the free shuttle from the airport (you do have to call them, but it was quick). Only downside really was the area surrounding the hotel was pretty rundown. We walked to the nearby Denny's (which was great), but was uncomfortable with local homeless.

The room was decent for my one night stay. The bed was freshly made & there were fresh towels. The couch could have been a bit more clean, so I didn’t sit on it. But it was an overall good stay.

There were so many pieces of tape all over the walls with numbers. Not sure if it was for painting or fixing but it was annoying to see. Taking pictures before heading out to the concert was a no and also the pool was closed even though the weather was nice.

Showed up, they set me up with the room, was the wrong room, not the advertised room. They said they could switch my room the next day however it was supposed to be my birthday staycation. Showed up, they set me up with the room, was the wrong room, not the advertised room. They said they could switch my room the next day however it was supposed to be my birthday staycation. This was an amazing hotel! You can tell they care about the little details. The room was huge and super clean. It had a kitchen and was just incredible. One of our best hotel stays. They let us end up checking in a bit early and had a shuttle ready to go for us at 4:00am for our early flight. They had cookies, hot chocolate, juices, and water in the lobby. Highly recommend!

The employees were so nice! The problem was the room itself, it smelled awful in the corner hallway and the bedroom smelled like someone had either peed or there was some sort of mold circulating on the side where the AC unit was. The front desk guy was super nice and gave us a can of disinfectant but the smell never went away. We ended up finding a different hotel to stay at because it was super sketchy outside also.

After reading some reviews i was skeptical, the place was very clean, smelled clean, very relaxing. Hot water, great shower, wonderful water pressure, comfy linens, very personable staff.

Was called by the property at night to charge our card which it was only put on for a reservation because we reserved reserve now pay later so we figured like every other hotel we stayed at on our long journey from Denver to Houston that we would pay when we got to the hotel the lady was rude I will never reserve a room at the Days inn the staff is rude but because of that rude staff member we stayed in Galveston a beautiful friendly town all staff members at the hotels we stayed at at Galveston have been friendly and gracious beyond expectations

Staff was very friendly. Suggested Tequila 45, which was good. Wish there was more in walking distance. Overall it was a good experience.

No ground floor rooms left. Receptionist was able to locate us another hotel near by and gave us transportation to it. She was wonderful and very helpful.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was nice, the continental breakfast was delicious, and the shower was the perfect temperature.

First arrived to check in a lady had came to my car and said house keeping had stole their things and i would go to another hotel if i were yall. I went and checked out condition of room and it had an odor. Guy at the front said i could just cancel and it'll be no charge.

The shuttle service is dependable and reliable. Check-in was easy. The room is spacious, clean and efficient with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (K-cup) and even an in-room safe! The bed was so comfortable. The location was convenient. This hotel is our 'go-to' whenever we travel to Houston

Smelled like they were attempting to mask other smells with cleaning solutions. Roof was in poor shape. Shingles and nails littered the parking lot. Tv was impossible to figure out. Not a great experience.

Room was clean staff were exceptional breakfast area a tad bit small ran out of food multiple times they quickly refilled the stations. Comfortable bed plenty of space only thing is it was a bit noisy you can hear the traffic from the 45. Other than that my wife and I had a great stay.

The value for money at this hotel is spectacular. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Great shower. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful, especially the night clerk (Maribel or Marisol). The airport shuttle was convenient and timely. Highly recommend this property.

I was on the second floor, facing parking, and could hear the traffic outside but it was not horrible and with the tv on it's hard to still hear thw traffic The room was sooo clean and modern. I even had a "towel elephant " waiting for me on the dresser The tv was large but the remote didn’t work on the volume control. There is also a microwave, desk w/chair and a sofa & table. The staff was super friendly both checking in & out They said they have cameras on the parking lot. I would highly recommend this place for a layover.

They were equally comfortable, spacious and clean rooms also! No authority at Days Inn was given to the front desk to match or compare rates. They were stuck on your higher rates that you offered to the Public. The overall SAVINGS had I stayed at your competitor across the street would’ve been $40 a day. Knowing this,you may start reflectively, looking at discounting the rates for members or Internet customers. Thank you truly for our stay, Mendez family
