One staff member particular stood out. She greeted my daughter every morning and gave her the "royal" treatment. My daughter asks me about her. All the staff member was outstanding and paid to attention to details. They treated us like family and the cleaning staff even remembers children name and made sure we have extra towels or water for them. Flexible shuttle service would have been great. The shuttle had limited seats and if you don't book it in time you would have to find another option to go into town.

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful and pleasant. The room was exceptional and breathtaking view. The pool was simply awesome and cold? and the attendants were kind and courteous. Everything was to like.

The sea view. Bad bug issue. The location is further away from center.

Too far from main attractions

The view and the grounds. We have stayed in three different hotels during our visit to Italy. Our stay at Parco dei Principi )for 5 night) was so disappointing. When we checked in, we were escorted to a -1 level. At first sight we were suspicious. The rugs in the hallway were deplorable. The room was spacious but old and tired. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. We quickly learned that the restaurant which was above us had chairs constantly being moved. This resulted in an annoying screeching sounds every time someone moved their chair while dining. and when staff was breaking down for the next service. This began at 7 AM and at times lasted throughout the evening till 10 PM. We were located directly across from the dirty run down housekeeping closet . Shuttle service was extremely limited. Each time we needed to go into town a taxi ride was a €25-€30 charge. There are only seven seats on the shuttle and it runs in frequently.

It’s a beautiful and utterly legendary facility with its Gio Ponti styling. The location and view are absolutely breathtaking. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious and the view overlooking the Bay of Naples was nothing short of spectacular. It’s more than a little overpriced for what it is. This is especially so when you consider that the So Lifestyle hotel right next door, which is even operated by the same management group, offers access to essentially everything that Parco dei Principi has to offer for about 25% of what a sea view room there costs. In addition, some maintenance and updating are desperately needed. The carpet leading to my room was literally stained, worn, and badly faded. Not exactly what you would expect when paying over 750 Euro a night for a room. Finally, I was charged an extra 25 Euro for parking because I reserved with Booking.com rather than with the hotel directly. Once again, given the price point, that feels petty and unnecessary.

This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff is welcoming, warm, the BEST!! I have ever experienced in a hotel. Breakfast is included and served overlooking the sea. Such BEAUTY! Sights of Capri and Vesuvius. Dinner in the more casual restaurant (choice of 2) was delicious and fun with live music on certain evenings. The waiters were fabulous, elegant. Incomparable hospitality. The view and balcony/porch off of our room was a great delight, and we used it well.

Did not meet expectations for the cost

Most staff Pool area Beach area Reception staff were far inferior to the overall hotel Not friendly arrival and overall not ready to get out of their way.

The view from the hotel is amazing. Our family loved the pool and beach area as well as the gardens and architecture. Our room was large and comfortable. All meals that we had on site were delicious. In the summer heat, providing a bottle of water a day would have been nice. Or to have water available in the lobby in a dispenser. $6 euros for a small can of water at the bar, after a day in the sun, just isn't reasonable. It is also common for tourists to pick up a bottle of wine from somewhere they have dined or toured and bring it back to their hotel to enjoy. The staff tells guests that they may not drink wine on the property unless they are in their room.
