The hotel was comfortable, clean and had easy parking. The staff was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The room is mostly controlled by touch panel which was far easier than trying to figure out which switch controls what. It is a bit outside of the city center but an easy walk and very safe (this also made it really quiet at night to recover from full days).

Breakfast was fine. Room was lovely except when it rained if we had anything on the balcony it was saturated as no roof over the balcony. The walk to Sorrento town when weather was fine. The guided tour with a very qualified Taxi costs if weather was poor. Was a bit of a surprise. The older chap who worked on the railstation where we were stranded at midnight on our arrival having no idea how to get to hotel. Taxis were non existent at that spot. Our hotel reception finally came to our aid with a very polite employee collecting us at the station. I feel hotel really needs to have a dedicated shuttle for guests.

This hotel is a perfect stay for the Sorrento area. The bldg is newer and modern, staff is kind, rooms are perfectly set up, beds are comfortable, bedding is nice, breakfast is great, hot water on demand, good WiFi, and has a wonderful pool and garden area. I stayed a month in the winter season and enjoyed this place. Walkable to the city center, bus station and port. I really enjoyed the lovely garden that is behind the hotel. It’s almost perfect. In house laundry machines would have been nice. But there’s a great laundromat about a 10 min walk away (Rosa’s).

A modern hotel with lots of technology. The garden and pool area are beautiful. The staff so courteous and helpful. Located a bit out of the central area but walkable to most things...

Very clean, modern hotel with spacious room for our family of 3. Our room had two separate bathrooms (one with shower/sink and one with toilet/bidet and sink), which was quite helpful when staying with 3 people. The included breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, and staff was helpful with questions and suggestions for hiring drivers, good restaurants, etc. There is a bit of a walk to the main area of town (approx. 20 min) or main port (25 min), which was fine for us except when we had heavy rain or were running late for a guided tour. It is quite expensive to get a taxi ride even for this relatively short distance.

Great location, we were able to walk to the center of Sorrento. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds have very firm mattresses, not comfortable at all. Also, there are sensor activated lights under the nightstands that come on every time you move. This was very annoying, even the movement of the comforter when you turn around in the bed activates the lights. I kept looking for a switch to deactivate it but never found one, had to eventually put my carry-on in front of the sensor and that help a bit.

Stylish and clean

Well maintained, very clean, staff were very polite and helpful, the rooms are spacious, the pool is great, and air conditioning was superb. The breakfast is somewhat basic and with minimal diversity but the illy coffee is very good.

Breakfast wasn’t satisfied. The only downside of the hotel is the sugary breakfast. There are more sweets compared to protein-rich food and low quality warm buffet food.

We loved the gardens and the pool, the breakfast and the neiborhood quieter than Sorrento city center. The staff was always ready to assist you and they were very kind nothing

Property was clean , great outdoor area to sit and have a drink, your breakfast or what ever . Washrooms had no counter , but I just put the chair in the washroom as extra space . I recommend using the hanging toiletry bags, they are great for European hotels . Walk was about 20-23 minutes. It’s ok , it felt shorter the more we did it

Excellent staff, we had an amazing stay. We loved our location, close to restaurants and beach clubs. Nello made the best cappuccinos, and all staff were super helpful. The beds were very comfy and all was super clean. The refillable water bottles and water stations are a great thing. I highly recommend this hotel. Pool closed too early but it’s ok because we were mostly tired from sea and out all day.

The hotel was extremely clean, rooms was very comfortable modern and clean Breakfast was good not very much options but sweets were good. Amazing location and very kind staff

Breakfast is a little flat doesnt offer much of variety, expected better food offer in the restaurant.
