Hotel Florida

Very clean and felt brand new. The staff was absolutely amazing so friendly and helpful. I wish breakfast opened earlier as we needed to be places at 7 o’clock. I also wish there had been more shade available at the pool, even though they had face shades on the chairs, I like to be completely in the shade.

This is a beautiful property. Sitting area under lemon trees, the pool is beautiful. Located just outside Sorrento, is @ 15 min walk to downtown Sorrento, but there are many cabs if you need one. There was nothing i didn’t like about Hotel Florida

I liked that the hotel was far enough away from the main Square so you didn’t have all of the people around but at the same time it was close enough to walk there. While there is not a view of the ocean from the room, it is quite close to the ocean and you can get all the views you want. I spent a lot of time in the pool. Staff was excellent. Everyone at the desk was great, but I particularly thought Francesca was very helpful. Also, they do clean the rooms every day and they do a lovely job and they’re quick about it. I did try the breakfast a few times and it was not really my taste. If you like homemade pastries, they do have beautiful homemade cakes at their breakfast. This is much more of an Italian style breakfast. They did have eggs, but they tend to get a little soggy sitting in the steam table. They have fruit cups also which is good if you are trying to eat healthy.

The on-site parking, the extremely helpful staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. I liked everything. What could have been better is a bureau in the room to store our clothes for people who are staying for an extended time.

The location was very nice. The room was big with a cosy balcony. The cleaning staff was so flexible and nice and waited until we left the room at different times in the morning! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly! The bed was too hard for me! I thought it was a bit far away from the city center, but if you like to walk, it was perfect!

Breakfast was wonderful. It offered a wide arrange of options, Fresh Fruit, pastry, Vegetables, eggs coffee (expresso, cappuccino, americano. Nothing was missing. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location. It's a 20 minute walk into sorrento but a beautiful one. Service was great. That i didn't get to stay longer

Very comfortable and clean. The lemon grove was a beautiful place to relax away from the crowds of Sorrento in peak season.

Excellent staff. They have a great kitchen, delicious food - best value for money.

We liked the location and enjoyed the walk into town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food served in the restaurant was excellent and very convenient when we preferred to eat in. There was a great little cafe around the corner which served excellent coffee and delicious croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others. Being a tea drinker I would love to have had a kettle in the room.

Breakfast was very good. Bathroom and shower were excellent. The constant noise variation from the a/c that was switched off.
