Can't think of anything

Very comfortable , good location Great food, great staff, the best manager. Antonella was very helpful. She made our stay memorable and we are very thankful for that ??❤️.

The exterior grounds and lobby were plush. The rooms were small and average at best. It's a bit outside the town and they operate a free shuttle bus on the hour from mid morning to early evening. Taxis are a ripoff in Sorrento. So expect $35 euro from the ferry and $25 euro from town centre (15-20 walk along a narrow busy main road) The full breakfast is a definite bonus. The was strange funky smell in the room. One staff member said they had just opened for the season so maybe that was the cause.

Staff was great and the pool area is beautiful!

It’s a little far from center.

The property looks like it was a 5 stars hokey back in the early 80s. Gorgeous lobby and beautiful building, however the rooms have been maintained poorly and the age of the property shows badly. The staff were very friendly, but quite honestly, Italians are all lovely people. Upon arrival, our room for 4 only had 3 beds. After mentioning this to the front desk they added a bed to the room, but the room was so small we would have had to climb that extra bed to go to the bathroom. I had to go again to reception to ask for the room I actually booked, a large room with 4 beds. After that, they gave us the right room on the main floor. However that night the evening staff did not know guests were staying on the main floor so the lobby speakers were used for personal music. At midnight I had to go to reception to ask the staff to turn down the music. All lovely people, but not the behaviour you expect from a 4 stars hotel. Upon leaving the hotel we got a card thanking us for our stay. Lovely touch… only that the card was dirty and smelly…. I guess they recycled those cards even when they are on the garbage ?! . Overall I felt we paid too much for the place. But if management invest on bringing the place up to today standards, it could be a cool place to stay. Not a repeat for us.

I did not care for the pillows. Other than that, it was great.

Good location in terms of proximity to the city center but also exit roads. Parking is tight but available and that is very helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Helpful staff. Parking facilities - it is good they are available but are very tight, can be hard to get in or out once more guests arrive in cars.

They have a shuttle to the center, walkable to train stations. It looks like the hotel caters retired tour groups.about 98% of the people there were retired tour groups. The hotel had no hot water our first day there. Couldn’t take a shower. We booked the hotel for 6 nights, and after getting a confirmation, they cancelled our last night due to overbooking. Then they move us to a hotel much further, high on hill, and very inconvenient! We decided to leave the hotel and booked a BB which was very inconvenient for us and it caused us to lose our last vacation day!

The rooms are very old

I liked pretty much everything. The hotel and staff totally exceeded my expectations. Facility is great, the food is great, location is not near the beach but they provide a shuttle that will bring you there several times per day.

The big problem is parking. There is practically none. Especially if you arrive by minibus.?

Friendly staff and ideal location. Beautiful outdoor scenery Shuttle didn’t run around meal times as frequently so ended up walking to sorrento most days and back. You could hear everything from our bathrooom to the adjacent rooms bathroom. We booked the all inclusive but on arrival were told it was only breakfast, no other meal or drink unless we want to pay 50 euro each a day, we drank and had to charge to our room each time and went out for supper most days. Until noticing that no one else was charging their drinks. When we asked about it the staff said “oh yeah we changed it yesterday so everything is free now”.. we didn’t end up having to pay for what we charged to our room but it’s strange we weren’t made aware and couldn’t take advantage of this “all inclusive deal” until the last two days of the trip. Very disappointing. The pool is absolutely freezing (even for a Canadian used to cold water). No one used the beautiful pool because of this, it was a shame it wasn’t heated. There was no fruit at breakfast really. I think we saw a slice of watermelon for dessert one evening lol. Breakfast was okay as best!

Staff was amazing, accommodating and friendly. All inclusive was great. Good food. Beds were hard.

Hotel food was good, pool area clean. We booked two rooms . Upon arrival one of the rooms was not a twin room and beds couldn’t be separated till next morning. One of the rooms had a sewage smell all week coming from bathroom drain. Very unpleasant.
