Wonderful pool with a view of Sorento, the sea and Vesuvius. Rooms were clean and great for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great!

This property sits high on a hill and the views of the sea and the mountains is incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel can only easily be reached by car or shuttle. Walking up is not an option.

The hotel was amazing! The food at this hotel was great. Breakfast included bacon, sausage and eggs. Lunch is offered by the pool. Lots of lunch options. Dinner was even better! We had beef and roast chicken one night. The pasta was fabulous. Our room was great and had an oversized balcony which made it even better. The shuttle bus service they offer is so convenient for getting into town and back. Not much to complain about at this hotel. Beds were a little hard.

Very friendly staff, good facilities and very clean Only comment would be it’s a little out of Sorrento but we were fully aware of this when booking and was happy to walk into town and use the shuttle bus when it was too hot to walk.

Beautiful view and great location for getting into Sorrento town, especially when making use of the hotel shuttle bus. Comfortable room with big balcony. Parking available at the hotel. Pool was absolutely freezing. Food was ok but could be better. Didn’t use spa facilities due to being expensive.

This is an excellent hotel both from the comfort and staff friendliness points of view. The view from the room we had was exceptional. The breakfast included is extensive and well catered for with helpful and attentive staff. Cleanliness is excellent. We are unable to comment on the restaurant food as we did not dine there. But the menu appeared very restricted and expensive.

Vey clean hotel , fantastic views location not great even though we knew the hotel was on the side of the mountain shuttle bus available but could have run more often it was a good 30 minute walk into sorrento or 20 euros in a taxi , hotel made you wait for the bus even though they were going down to pick up other guests very frustrating , breakfast awful cold tea + coffee sausages not cooked would have expected more from a 4 star hotel , bar waiter at night very friendly and spoke to us on many occasions .

The Hotel was modern, spacious and the service was delightful. Our Room was very large and a large balcony with two deck chairs overlooking the fabuous pool and sensational view of Sorrento and across the bay to Mt Vesuvius. Good breakfast and the Coffee bar was great. The shuttle was really handy as well. We really liked this hotel. The room was very clean although did smell a bit of the cleaning fluid they used. There was a birthday party in the breakfast room which was directly downstairs from our room and the music was very lous. It did stop by 11.30. My suggestion is to book a room further away from the dining room. Beds could have been a bit softer. We're not used to hard Italian beds!

My husband and I accidentally each booked a hotel so we were trying to cancel one of them and when we talked to the front desk they ended up upgrading us to an ocean view suite! They were so helpful and even remembered our coffee orders in the morning☺️ The hotel does sit up on the ridge behind town, which we worried about at first. But they run a complimentary shuttle into town every 1.5-2 hours! We also booked some excursions through the front desk and the companies they used were awesome!

The views are spectacular and the pool was sensational after a hard day walking around capri The only thing that made access tricky was the single lane winding road up to the property great if you have a scooter but nothing bigger and there are very few areas to get past another vehicle.
