Well kept. Great location and view

Excellent views and very friendly service. The food and drinks were also very nice. It was a relaxing location. Scheduling the bus to and from town is an extra step that makes you plan your days, despite being very easy to schedule and communicate through what’s app. When out do dinner or arriving by train, missing the pickup from town by a few minutes could cost you 1-2 hours.

Spectacular views, both from our room's balcony and from the multiple terraces available to guests. Employees were incredibly kind and friendly. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was excellent, too. The hotel's layout isn't entirely forward-facing, so a few times when we were on our balcony, we glanced to the left and saw people changing in their rooms. The room also felt a little cramped. Dinner and lunch in the hotel's restaurant was fine, but not great, especially compared to the absolutely spectacular restaurants in town. (The breakfast was wonderful, though!)

Gorgeous property on the hill above Sorrento! The staff was so accommodating and helpful, the hotel was really unique - built into the Cliff - the views were gorgeous and it was nicely tucked away from the business of Sorrento but easily accessible via the shuttle. Getting to the hotel via car was really tricky. The drive up was tight and nowhere to park. The staff was very helpful with parking once we were able to get out and get in the hotel.

The staff were really great. The shuttle service was extremely useful. Antonella from the Breakfast room was very helpful and kind.

A little bit off the beaten path. 20 minutes to the center or ferries. Beautiful views. Lovely staff. Room upgrades appreciated. Nothing All excellent

Food was delicious and staff was amazing!! Views were incredible. Shuttle was most cost effective way to get to Sorrento; however, the frequency of shuttle made it difficult to get to places quickly, especially when needing to align with the ferry or train time schedule.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel , very fine room , good bed . The breakfast as well. The hotel is situated up on the hill but they have excellent shuttle to the train station in the centre of Sorrento . You write them via Whatsup and reserve half an hour in advance. They also have garage. So we left there the car for all our tour on Amalfi coast . We left the car for 4 days staying in Amalfi . Parking there was absolutely impossible. The service at Cristina was outstanding No remarks

Beautiful views with no obstruction! We stayed in Naples for 3 nights but I would rather spend all my days in Sorrento if we could! Besides the good breakfast and nice restaurant on site; the highlight was the FREE SHUTTLE that goes into town every hour!! Did you hear me say FREE? 8am - 11pm we will book this hotel again!

The breakfast was good and Francesco is so nice and friendly... he makes a great cappuccino! The floor in the room didn't feel like it was swept very well. And the bed was a little hard for our taste. The views are so spectacular but that's because the hotel is perched on a high hill overlooking the city. But the hotel has plenty of free shuttles out front.

Beautiful views of Sorrento with comfortable rooms with a gorgeous view of the city. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Beautiful facility and view Elevators need updating

The staff could not have been more helpful. The shuttle bus was a real bonus to get in and out of town. The view from the balcony was stunning. The food was very reasonable and very good.

We wish the bed was a bit more comfy, although common for Europe, so it’s not a deal breaker.
