We enjoyed our stay in hotel club. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a good location. Close to railroad but not loud. The breakfast had a good selection of options.

The location was very near the train station 5 minutes walk and 25 minutes walk to Sorrento there is also a bus stop near the church that takes you to Sorrento the staff are very friendly and the food was amazing good value for money and breakfast was buffet style so very good all round the hotel is very clean also will definitely stay again ?

Breakfast had good choices with cold meats and cheeses. cereals, fruit juice, bread and cakes. Small choice for hot foods. Beds were comfortable and towels changed daily. Hotel in central location near railway station to get to Naples or Pompeii. Taxi into Sorrento near station better as its 30 minute walk. NIce pool at back of hotel and solarium on roof for more sunbatheing. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Perhaps slightly more vegetarian options like beans or cooked tomatoes as 1 guest was a vegetarian.

The free onsite parking was a bonus as was the outdoor swimming pool. It was quite expensive for what it was - just off peak season (late september) and a decent 20min walk to Sorrento.

It was a family run hotel and they were all very nice and so sweet, Our beds were hard as a rock.. horrible sleep The pictures were deceiving.. thought the room would be bigger The bathroom was tiny and really needed an upgrade The AC barely worked.. breakfast was to be desired

The staff was friendly and it included free breakfast. The bathroom was extremely small. My husband could barely fit in the extremely small standup shower.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Lovely, welcoming, professional staff. Very considerate and caring. We had made this booking last minute after a disaster at another accommodation and the staff were ever so caring and helpful. Some things may appear dated but everything functioned perfectly and was clean!

Breakfast was good fresh , every morning same buffet . Staff is very kind , reception lady show me all what i asked and printed my ticket . She is very nice and kind , all other staff also . Location is super , just 1 stop with train to center of Sorrento . To Naples is 1 hour with train . Bus stop is 5 min walk . Bed was short , i am 174 cm but was short for me ? and small shower cabin . Train is just next to the hotel so its was noise sometimes. Wi-Fi is working better at ground floor or reception area .

Good location. Kind employees. Nice swimming pool and bar installations The room was very small for a 4-star. It hadn’t sockets on the bedsides and the WiFi worked very bad.
