I didn’t like the fact that I booked the B&B for two nights but was put in a small hotel across the street for one of the nights. The hotel bed was hard as a rock. It was inconvenient to have to move my stuff day to day.

I decided to go to Europe for my honey moon, however this visit was the absolute vain of the trip. The only thing I’d positively say about this property is the location. Location was phenomenal to views, activities and food. However. I stayed at this hosts place over a month ago. I have since then been fighting to receive money back. After pre paying for our stay, and checking out. Vienna decided to charge my card at extra $250 Canadian because “I lost the keys” meanwhile she text me the next day finding the keys and stating she would send me the money. After over a MONTH of speaking about a return, I have finally reached out to Booking.com which I made my reso and they are now investigating the situation…. However after a 48 hour update from them, she has not only ghosted me, and has officially ghosted the booking site. Not only did the OWNER say that I’d get my money back, she also threatened me “send me a good review to get your Money back, don’t push me” I then followed a 5 star review to receive my money back and gave multiple days. Since then she has opened every single message without a single response. She has had nothing but bad service and communication since charging my card extra, WITH NO REASON. She is clearly scamming me. I expected scams throughout Europe through purchases and pickpocketers, but I didn’t expect it to be from a business owner of a small air b&b. To add to the lack of communication, the air conditioner didn’t work once, during a massive heat wave, she regularly turned off the wifi as well. If you’re looking for an over priced bedroom that will cost you even more due to a scam, book here. If not, book ANYWHERE else. Host was welcoming & room was clean There were no tea & coffee, fridge facilities ?

Nice and pleasant hosts with plenty of tips. The sea view is beautiful. They were very helpful in leaving the luggage a few hours after check out. This was The cheapest option to stay near Sorrento. The apartment floor was very dirty, room had a characteristic smell. The room is in an apartment where the host also lives, so privacy is not at the highest level, also, in one part you pass by the refrigerator in the hallway, which is very narrow. At the end of the arrival, the owner asked are we bring the remote control for the air conditioner with us, which had not been in the room since the beginning of the stay. For this money, I think the minimum is for the apartment to be perfectly clean and to deal with the problem with the smell, also to provide self check in because it is not too inconvenient when the owner is not at home.

Host was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Helped to organise a day trip to Amalfi coast via boat and drop as at the bus station early in the morning for a small price.

The balcony view was a huge bonus. The host was an amazing. She gave ideas, was very accommodating and made a couple of reservations for us. The shower was small with a huge shower curtain.

My vacation in Italy was wonderful! Sorrento is just 1 station away and the b&b is close to the train station. The host is very friendly and helpful! The room is big and the balcony is nice! The bathroom is clean and you can also use a fridge in the hallway. Check in and check out was very good and flexibel if you let her know your time of arrival. She speaks English and knows the area and Almafi Coast very well. Just ask her if you have questions! I took a tour to the Almafi Coast with a travel group and was very frustrated. The next day she took me on a private tour to the Almafi Coast and Positano with her car! That was such a lovely day because she knew the area very well and took me to very good spots! So much better that any other tout I did because she is a local! I can recommend the b&b 100% and would love to come back! There were a few ants on the balcony doors but everything else was clean and I felt comfortable the whole time.

The room was large and comfortable. After a long day exploring the area, it was very relaxing to sit on a great balcony looking at Mt. Vesuvius. Our hostess Vienna was a delight. She helped us with booking tours and finding good restaurants. The B&B was easy walking distance to Sorrento town center and close to the bus.

Location was perfect. Easy buses and train station right by. Short walk down to the beach. Cleaned and made bed every day for us. Very helpful intro chat to show us how to get about and provided a map and highlighted everything needed.

Location was good, 20 minutes to walk to Sorrento, near the Sant'agnello train station and a nice beach nearby. Air conditioning worked and the bed was large. The host overcharged us by passing on the commission that she should be paying to booking.com and refused to accept that the final price stated on the booking confirmation was the price she should have charged us. Overcharged and the accommodation was already expensive for what you got and then: wifi barely worked (dropped out a lot), shower barely worked (most of the time it was just dribbling water), ants in the room and no sound proofing at all (single glaze windows and roller shutters didn't work). I booked this accommodation specifically for the washing machine that was advertised and confirmed with my booking confirmation. When asking to use the washing machine, the host told me that it was private and I could use it for an additional €10. Host was pleasant enough, but it was not an enjoyable stay due to the awkwardness created around the overcharge. To be honest, the room and bathroom is very old and run down which would be fine if the host was charging half as much as she is (and not overcharging people). I would not recommend this accommodation. Disappointing because all of our other accommodation throughout Italy had been great.

Vienna hosted us lovely with help in all our needs, planning the trip including maps and explanations of how to act, save money and introduced the many attractions in the area

The shower barely worked. It said accommodation for three adults. The second bed was more like a kids cot, and there were a ton of ants in the room... very overpriced

Was a lovely host she gave us lots of great suggestions on where to go. The location was good it was a 15-20 minute walk to Sorrento town. There was a beach 15 mins walk away. Was a lovely stay To get into the busy areas it’s 20 mins walk into Sorrento but it’s not too bad just can be very hot walking in the scorching sun

Nothing We had two rooms for 4 person, when she saw us that we were 3 gave one bed as an addition to our couple room. No value for that money, my friend rented different hotel because of that. Someone was opening our room not for cleaning but to open windows and door and it’s not safe! She offered to pay extra cash 60€ per night! It’s insane! if we wanted separate room for my friend. She said I can put 2 single bed in smallest room because she wanted to rent out our room. Too expensive! No kitchen! You will live with her in the same house. Not b&b! No breakfast included! Never recommend this place to anyone! Not even king size bed!

Big room, and host Vienna provided lots of information Very, very, very overpriced for what you get- and no breakfast included!! Was the most expensive place stayed at. Other places in sorrento were cheaper, offered breakfast and had swimming pools. Everything was sold out on booking.com for the night we stayed so had no choice to book here. Shower was poor- water trickled. Would have rated the b&b higher if it had been half the price!

Vienna and her family were very helpful! The space was clean and the location was great! About a 20 minute walk into Sorrento and a short 10 minute walk down to the beach! I would highly recommend

Not much It is advertised as a B & B. No breakfast is included and we had no access to the kitchen as she includes in her photos on bookings.com No bar fridge in the rooms. She rents out 3 rooms in her own apartment. The entrance is very hard to find as it’s a residential building with the dustbin and rubbish bags. It is not pleasant. The balcony faces all other residential apartments. Bookings.com need to review this listing.
