Never never never stay there. Front desk support were useless. Didn't know anything refused to help.

Our room was clean, huge with all the amenities and very quiet. The staff was very helpful, polite and respectful. It was close to our kids and grandkids and other things. We would most definitely stay here again.

I liked the availability of the staff, and the character-consistency, observed in their performance. The suite that I lodged in was absolutely well-furnished. Room service was exceedingly responsive. The stairwells had a significant amount of debris, although there is a consistent amount of foot traffic, periodic cleaning detail could render a better appearance of this area of the hotel.

Room was comfortable. Clean. Pool was nice. Our room was not available when we arrived. They gave it to someone else. Smelled like smoke in lobby and first floor. Musky smell in stair well. Elevators did not work, we were on 4th floor.
