This was a great location for us. Far enough out to avoid some of the worst SA traffic. Also with Chilis and Schlotskys across the street was super convenient. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for our room @ 7pm at night. However, staff was very apologetic and gave us a discount.

The staff was great and very helpful due to me coming in late and the breakfast was great. The person that put on the meal kept bringing hot food that was outstanding. Please let the staff know that if I come back to that area, I will always try to stay there.

Door wouldn’t shut properly on my room. When we finally did get water back- it took @ 20 minutes for the water to warm up…never actually got hot.

The location was convenient for gas station & grocery store needs. I felt it was a bit outdated, had a “motel room” feel and a tad pricey. Room 219 needs some love. The tv kept shutting itself off whenever it felt like it. The coffee maker was a joke to use. The tub wouldn’t stay plugged (slowly drained as you sat in the bath).

The young lady at the front desk was super great, very polite and help full, we arrive early and she was very kind and check us in early, and for an old couple that traveled over four hours that was very much appreciated, all of the hotel staff was very nice, Thank you. Nothing everything was good,

I stayed with my family of 5 and we slept so comfortably. Very quiet and was met with friendly staff. When we woke up the breakfast was mostly gone but thankfully they kept re filling up the food. Definitely recommend if you really just need a place to stay for the night. Very convenient and would return again.

We got a king suite with a queen pullout and the pullout was smaller then a queen. Only one of my kids fit on it.

Clean, perfect location - close to restaurants, shopping center, grocery store, easy access from the hwy. I loved the lights by the grill area. Pool was not working. ? Pic of seating area by the pool is not the same as the one on site.

I would have rated lower if I had not stayed at this hotel in the past. This time around, I had two rooms. One room the TV had no signal and the wrong remote (I was told it was an input issue, but it would not go to another input so I doubt that was the problem), and the refrigerator was unplugged wasting my food, then when it was plugged it, it was turned high which froze my food. The second room had blood on the pillow case. The housekeeper advised me I needed to take the pillow case off in order for it to be changed. But this is a new room that I checked in? Not my blood.

This property it’s a FIVE STAR!!! From the staff greeting, attentions to every detail, room accommodations as requested (First Floor), rooms and facilities are sooo clean, breakfast it’s amazing and having a 24 hrs coffee station was amazing, I’m so blown away with this place, so many stores, restaurants just by walking and right across the main highway!!! Can’t wait to visit New Braunfels again and stay here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants an affordable five star place to stay or relax!!!

Love this property close to Schlitterbahn and San Antonio. Staff was nice, property was clean and quiet. Chili’s and Sonic is within walking distance in case you just want a quick bite to eat. Will definitely be back

Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We did have a room near the swimming pool, but it did close exactly at 10 PM, so it quieted down after the closing.

Stay at your own risk!!!! We had our truck stolen from here! Apparently it is a common occurrence. You would think they would provide security. Sounds like the staff may be in on it!!!

The room was ok, but the bathroom shower was disappointing. The rod the shower curtain hung on was very broken which made the shower curtain pool to the middle making it impossible to shower with out getting water on the floor. Also our heat would just turn off and not heat for several hours.

The hotel grounds were well kept and plenty of parking. Multiple places to eat foot steps from hotel. I absolutely recommend staying here.

I had heard about Fairfield inn and to be truthful I was looking for comfort or doubletree accommodations. Instead I compare Fairfield to economy Inn.

We only had room service every other day. We had to go get fresh coffee. I think they could of checked the room for coffee daily,

Staff was stand offish and short in personality. Products were short in the rooms. Hygiene etc. no one seemed to have cleaned the room ahead of time. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.
