The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee. A/C unit worked very well.

Had several days of no hot water. Very frustrating!

My biggest gripe is the shower. Upon arrival we were given a Handicap room. The problem with the room was the shower fixture wasn't functioning properly. It needs to be fixed or replaced. Ps the toilet paper is subpar.

The breakfast menu had an added bonus: chocolate waffles!!!!! The staff was courteous. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was underwhelming. The shower ran extra water on the bottom and through the spout but overall good experience. I would stay at the property again.

The breakfast didn't have alot of options, the towel weren't soft, and the kitchenette didnt have dish soap or a sponge.

Best of all, the staff are so nice and accomodating. Breakfast lady was sweet and gave us what we wanted. And shout out to Sarah.I at the front desk. She had been always a step ahead helping us out. We went with another family and she moved us to the same floor, although we were initially checked in on different floors. She signed us up for rewards to save money. When we were stuck in traffic and couldn't make it in time to pick up our food from Chili's right across the street, she tried calling them (their phone number wasn't working) and then she went and picked up our food for us. We were really impressed with her hospitality.

We had stayed at a different hotel the first night when we came to Schertz. We had a terrible experience, but some of our family stayed at the Hampton. So, we decided to give it a try, and we had a fantastic experience! Staff were great so we definitely recommend! When we went to Gulf shores a few years ago, we had stayed at a Hampton and had the same experience. Always stay at a Hampton, you won’t regret! 5 stars!!!!!

I was impressed with the “human” experience at this property. I had difficulty opening my door. Carlos jumped right in it and came with me to solve the problem. No hesitation! The employee in the breakfast area was upbeat and helpful. It was nice to wake up to such a positive environment.

I wasn’t told I needed to ask for housekeeping. However after my first night stay I did advise the girl at the front desk I had a roach crawling across in my room. I returned to no service after a long day at work. When checking out this morning the front desk person then advised me I had to ask or said there is a note on the mirror. I guess having a roach doesn’t constitute needing cleaning service. Breakfast the first morning was terrible and out of stock on several items. Definitely won’t stay again!

I had a good stay, but around 3 or 4, I kept hearing a high pitched noise. It was either the next door AC unit or the bathroom fan. It was making the noise the rest of the night .

The shower head was the best I have had in a hotel. Plenty of hot water. The towels are good size. The bathroom was very clean.

Convenient location to Caverns 15 minute drive. 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Has a great check in and out times. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Mold in hallways

Didn't like that parking wasn't easy for a Saturday night. They're was also a very large pot hole on the street between the hotel and restaurant. There was no other way around it.

What a wonderful stay. Very close to main roads but very quiet. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast nice each morning and plenty of choices. Spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable.

Everything was great except for the pillows. They were quite small and not very comfortable but other than that the stay was great.

They do not take Wells Fargo cards, even though that's what I used to book the hotel. They ran out of coffee cups this morning. They did restock, but unfortunately, when I went down, they did not have any in the front desk. Clerk said he looked in the stockroom and couldn't find any. I just went back up to my room and got one of the cups from there and got my coffee. A minor inconvenience. The breakfast was probably the most disappointing. They had lunch meat for the protein. They had potatoes, this little omelette thing for the eggs and sliced turkey lunchmeat. I'm sure this is routine as they have a sign for it advertising. If you're not gonna eat breakfast and can do without coffee, you'll probably be OK cause the room is fine. A little small and a fifth pillow would've been nice but room was clean. There was a corner tile broken off in the shower. This was just after my stay. This does not begin to address the frustrations I had with booking. I will never stay there again, but to be fair I don't mind sacrificing services and convenience for a clean room.

Love this hotel! Friendly staff, good free breakfast, and safe! Out of my own stupidity, I left our 3 beach chairs along with our dolly outside in the front of the hotel ALL NIGHT. They were all still there the next morning when I remembered we didn’t have them. Won’t do that again. Still, I couldn’t believe no one had taken them. Will be staying here again!

Overall experience was okay. Only stayed one night. Location was convenient and priced right for my trip. Bed felt a little broken diwn and "springy". Breakfast was as expected for a hot complimentary option. Overall stay was goid for the price.

Go to hotel when in Cibolo

I really enjoyed my stay, the only negative is that I am 6’5” tall and the toilet was of the older short height. Overall I enjoyed myself with everything else.

Room was very spacious! The most spacious room we have ever stayed in. Staff was excellent, and very helpful. AC in room worked very well, quiet hotel. Only downfall I will say is the mattresses were uncomfortable. We slept, but we were very tired. Had it not been that way- not sure if we would’ve. Our kids didn’t complain about it but when we laid down I felt like I could even feel the springs. Definitely need new mattresses but overall I would stay here again since the room was so spacious and clean.

Nice modern looking property. Free breakfast was well stocked. Only issue is 1 of 2 elevators was out, so around late am checkout time the elevator was pretty crowded. some people from 2nd floor had to ride up to get a spot to ride down to the lobby.

The gym equipment needs repair

This was one of the cleanest, quietest hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was good, and staff was helpful. We had an issue with a damaged item in our room upon arrival and they were helpful in reassuring us that we will not get charged for that. Perfect location right between San Antonio, San Marcos, and New Braunfels.

This was overall a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Good amenities. I was disappointed in the breakfast because the eggs were cold and sausage tray was empty and only refilled as we were leaving. Coffee bar was nice though with options.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. But one of the hotel's two elevators was not functioning during our six-day stay, which caused some delays in moving between floors.

It was my 1st son's birthday. We were looking foward to come to the hotel on Wednesday evening. As soon as we came to hotel dorm it looked pretty good, the room was very spacious. With very clean space to sleep and hang in. The pool was amazing and calm. As a suggestion the shower place would leak lots of water while showering and would make lots of mess and water all over the floor, where someone could slip and fall into the floor. Erika at the front office was very very nice and if we needed something or had a question she would answer it nicely. As when we had a question about the dirty towels she would say she would pick them up at the moment. Or when we needed clean towels, she was always able. And would always greet us as we came in the hotel. The breakfast place was always very clean and something i would look for in the morning. As i would wake up in the morning, i would be greeted by the people who prepared the food, the eggs,waffles, and all of the things they would make were delicious. And they would always look over the breakfast place and would refill it quick and fast.The breakfast place was very clean. The food was delicious. The place was very well maintained, very calm, and very peaceful. I would recommend this hotel it very amazing and calm place to be at.
