Hesperia Sant Just

This is an exceptional hotel!! From the wonderful staff to the large room and the cleanliness a 10 is not enough for this hotel. Added note the gentleman playing the piano in the Bar restaurant area was a wonderful part of my evening. I can only note one downside and that is there's not much in the way of restaurant choices close by or within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel certainly made up for this.

The location is great The food and beverage service is the worst I experienced in the city. The reception staff was good, attentive and responsive, but the restaurant team is totally the opposite, not organized, not kind, since so long I did not have such a bad service, that was the reason we try the restaurant once only and then never again. The food taste was ok but all the food was cold, waiters have no idea of what they are doing. Room es good, the size is good and comfortable, they miss some attention to detail I have towels with big holes, but in general HSK service is good. The gym facilities you have to pay but are in general good, the classes are not so good but the water circuit is pleasant.

Very convenient for getting into the shopping areas and close to John Cruyff Stadium if you are there for the football. In a quiet area that also feels safe. Clean and no fuss. Ideal if you have a purpose to be in the area like we did.

The receptionist was helpful, they immediately replaced the malfunctioning heater in the room, and I consider it a plus that we were upgraded to a better room. The location is quite far from the center, but what I consider the biggest minus is that if you want to use the wellness which they offer for €15, you have to buy a swimming cap for an additional €5, which as a result no one has on their head... but you...

Room was spacious, in good conditions and they provided complimentary water. Internet connection was really bad during the whole stay, I had to use my phone Internet for teleworking. Location isn’t amazing, nearest metro station is 30 min walk from the hotel.

Excellent place for solo travelers who travel with pet companion

Very clean, very comfortable. Stable was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate. 40 minutes to the tourist areas That being said, lovely park nearby to walk, some excellent restaurants to eat at. WiFi was very weak in the room.

The guy at the reception Robert is a great guy. Gave us a good welcoming face and was always ready to help.

Stayed for 3 nights, experiences: door key cards had to be recoded every day, missing robe in room, all towels gone after cleaning..., room door left open after cleaning for the whole day..., safe lock was not working after 2 days of operation, used glasses were not cleaned, no heating in room, it was really cold -with my wife we both caught cold after sleeping there for 3 nights. Wanted to access the spa (on extra charge), but you need to meet special requirements for that, which is a joke... Well, with my full respect, but the hotel is absolutely not recommended and we will definitely not return.

We liked the bar, the staff (except Jamall), the spa was great ! Jamall. I was really exhausted and needed to relax, so I decided to go to spa. It was my first time so I asked Jamal at the reception if I can go to the spa and if I need something to take with me. He told me straightforward that the spa is full. So I went back to my room really sad that I couldn't go to the spa. The next day me and my girlfriend went to the reception and asked if we can go to the spa. I also mentioned conversation with Jamal. The receptionist was confused and told us that the spa is never full and also, they can't even know if it's full. I was so mad at Jamall after. Also,the breakfast was repetitive. The location isn't great, everything except supermarket Marcedona is far away.

The Location

The staff were all very nice and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage with them after check-out while we picked up our rental car. The room was clean and spacious. The WiFi was weak and the rooms were definitely not soundproof. We could not only hear the others guests in the hotel but could also hear the cars (both emergency vehicles and regular) from the street, especially as they revved their engines as they sped down the streets.

Everything it's a beautiful place to come back one more time

Clean and rooms were nice Very false advertising on the amenities , the pool isn’t in the hotel and the gyms as per the photos on the website did wasn’t the same and was false advertising, we booked this hotel for these 2 things as wanted time to recharge but was then told it actually wasn’t apart of the hotel and was a spa next door. When we complained about this they offered us a pass to access the spa but not until the morning of our checkout which obviously we couldn’t use as was flying and needed to be at the airport - when we asked if they could cover our airport transfer they said no. We are extremely disappointed and asked for a partial refund which was declined. I’m not really sure how they get away with misleading advertising

The property is clean, specious and the staff is professional! The location is quite remote and nothing much around. The room itself was clean enough but the bathroom was leaking and the whole bathroom floor would flood rendering it a slipping hazard.

Good access to the Metropolitan gym/spa for 15 EUR in addition to their own hotel gym. Hotel was silent, room spacious and clean. Modern interior of the room. - The water in the shower doesn’t get really hot. - Housekeeping knocks on the door and enters straight away at 8 AM - on all rooms on the floor. They should use a system to verify who checked out before entering, or doing this later in the morning, like any normal hotel. - Would be great if they use duvet covers instead of sandwiching the duvet between two sheets to avoid touching the duvet itself.

Super clean, bright and modern We booked because of the attractive price, but was really wowed by how clean it was
